I dont have so much experience in car tuning, but my friend have a problem with his T5 2.0CR 4motion CAAC.
One guy made a stage1 and EGR off for this car. After this "tuning" the car cant do regen. He said its DPF problem but i checked the values and its ok.
So after searching on the forum i found, when all off the hysteresis on EGR go to 0 this happen.
I want to read the ECU and post it to here to ask somebody to check the files, to prove my opininon.
My problem is the following.
I read the ID with Kess (attached). But i know i need to read and write with KTag. And here is where my problems starts
When i check the Ksuite /2.25MH/ there is no 4motion. Ok, the regular CAAC i think work also. The latest plugin is 187. It is "safe" to read with this plugin with this plugin or i need to do other way? Somewhere i read there is newer TPROT plugins, but i didnt found in any car types for EDC17CP20.

Bit of a long shot but hopefully someone can help me out..
I've just bought a dash & powered up on bench and red brake light is showing on centre LCD along with coolant temp. I know the coolant temp is meant to show when on bench but I'm not sure about the brake fluid warning? I've played around with grounding pin but still the same. I'm wondering if it's an internal fault with cluster.
there have been installed new 30mm springs from H&R in front and back.
after finish the mechanic made a reset of the suspension to put new values for the light to work proberly.
But now its not possible to adapt new values becasue it out of range.
is there a correct way to do this when lowering these cars, or can you install new adjustable sesnsors, so the car think its higher.

Hello friends, I have a problem with a 2017 Kuga. The drive for the high-pressure pump broke. I replaced everything: the pump, gear, housing, timing belt, and water pump. I checked the camshaft and everything was fine. When I accelerate hard, an error message appears: "Camshaft sensor mechanical failure and no signal." The engine runs perfectly, and the MIL remains off.
I also checked the wiring under load and inspected the contacts. I checked the timing and pump settings several times. The error message only appeared during rapid acceleration. The error message was already in the memory before the repair began, but not two months ago, when I had the car serviced.
Let me explain: When the clutch pedal is pressed and the accelerator is gently depressed, the engine speed drops very quickly, making a very nervous noise.
Conversely, when the accelerator is gently depressed and the clutch pedal is released, the engine speed tends to continue to rise slightly.
And it makes gearbox gear changes more easy on my cupra.
According to the research I've done, this is called "kickdown," and it actually lowers the fuel injection (seen on an SSP), which helps with gear changes.
And I find it's much more pronounced on my Ibiza Cupra (160hp) than on the ibiza 100hp one.
On the Cupra, as soon as you let go of the accelerator, the engine speed drops immediately.
I got the same injectors on the both cars , injectors of 1.9 TDI 130/150 (ASZ/ARL) called (BE). properly remaped.
So I'm looking. I pasted the Cupra dump onto the 100hp. I searched for "kup," "kuppl," and "kik" in the damos, but I must not have searched properly. I'd like to find the map or single that handles this IQ reduction, to get the same results as the Cupra on my 100hp. Thanks.

I got that error code when I entered the brand and tried to upgrade using generic OBD, but it shows as P0000.
So I can't run a DTC off.
The van is an Iveco Daily.

Hello, Does anyone have data for a Benz ME9.7 A2721538279 with MPCZ563 mcu and M58BW016DB flash mcu? The original ecu got burnt and I could not retrieve data from the MCU and also the flash chip. Can anyone help me with the data for this donor ecu? The vehicle is VIANO truck. I have attached the part number sticker also for reference.
Any related file also will be okay because I got a donor ecu which is from an E class W211 and I could not flash it to this Viano truck. Once I get a viano truck file I can start communicating with my truck ecu and I can flash it accordingly. Thank you!
Hello, I bought myself a toy for snow drifting, E46 316i with a straight-through exhaust. The CHECK ENGINE light is on due to the lambda sensors. Could someone help me delete the lambda sensors? Maybe it would increase the power? I know it's a naturally aspirated gasoline engine, but even 3 horsepower would be good.
