I have a 335D with EDC17CP09 (cas3) ~265PS
can i clone in a 330d engine ecu from a ~230PS?

I have done this before but it was from an exact match.  Unfortuneatly I came across another 335d with a DME floowed with diesel that came up the wire from the sensor on the low pressure fuel supply line.

I am guessing the EDC17CP09 from the 4 cyl 28d (much cheeper) likely miss the driver IC's for all 6 injectors.

If anyone knows HARDWARE cross compatability let me know.

The pedestrian protection pressure sensor was replaced in the car
But the fault code is B1CAE00 "At least one crash sensor was replaced
I would be happy to get help on what to do
I only have universal scanners (autel ultra and topdon max)
It's a C200D 2023 and I'm attaching a scan report

Hi All

I have a used bosch Radar sensor of RR Velar. I was able to to read the C-Flash and D-Flash having a look at the bin file is anyone able to help remove the VIN . My understanding is the C-Flash contains the software and D-Flash ( data Flash) contains the vin and config for the car.

I have uploaded the Flashes to the thread. Has anyone ever edited the flashs (virginised) one these before and tested. I was thinking to blank of the vin in the D-Flash assuming the rest of Flash contains config info that can be overwritten.
