hi. i am hoping to read/write my transit sid 208, in an idea way i would like to flash it via obd, ive been looking at kt200 and foxflash but as i would be using it on my own vehicals maybe twice a yr i cant justify the cost, also i dont want to pay a tuning company as i like to do it myself. i already own kess ktag mpps clones, ive read that ktag can do it on the bench but im a bit cofused if i need to obtain the password first with the likes of ktm or pcm flash, or if pcm can do it via obd and again confused about the dongle and modules. as a diy enthusiast iwould like to get an all in one budget friendly programmer if that exsists. sorry for going on a bit and happy holidays.
Done a Auto to manual swap . The Ecu has picked up a Dtc for P0600 which i kind of expected something. I had an online Tuner do it and the code still turns up when i flash it to the car. Carnt seem to shift it Its just a 1.6 Vw Golf Mk4
I assume here if memory mode is turned off in winols it will solve the issue . Is anyone on here willing to do it for me please. My Son is going to be taking his driving test soon and there carnt be any lights on the dashboard

Since today i have a full working c4 with xentry and monaco.
Because i am a newbee i have to start somewhere in my car.
Can someone explain how i activate the amg menu in monaco if it is possible.
Also i want to re enable parkassist, i think this is just in xentry at parkman123 i gues.
Backseatbelt warning off when starting the car, also xentry?
Start stop remember last setting. Also Xentry?
And the energizing comfort. think this is monaco.
So does someone point me to the right direction how monaco works and what i have to edit.
And only tel me if the other options have to edit in xentry, then i know where to search.

Hello, I tried to open this ECU but seeing how strange the ECU is, and how sealed it was, I stopped before even removing the first cover and started looking for information. I read that they cannot be opened and that they have to be cut, as I have Echuhelp's GOLD BOX I managed to read it through BENCH, I did ERG and corrected the checksum with Lsuite, since it seems that there are also problems with that. My question is if the files are correct, I will upload them and someone will tell me if they are correct and if they tried to write this ECU with this tool, my concern is that the tool always detects the SW and puts it in the file name, however in this case it left it blank. As I said, sorry for the long post. If someone can confirm the files I would be grateful. Thanks in advance.
PS: I tried to open it because with the GPT configuration of the cables with the tool it did not work, in the end I found an alternative pinout that worked.
99.99% sure this is U41 but I downloaded it from a torrent a damn long time ago and I can't find any records or notations about it. Covers the entire United States at minimum. No idea if that includes Canada or Mexico. My car has seen 328k miles of this planet but it never left the US.
Ripped from my burned DVD+DL that I've had in my 2007 Camry for over a decade. Ripped again and hashes compared to verify the first rip was good.
I may have images for older Gen4 and Gen5 map DVDs but they're currently untested and I'd have to go digging.

I have had couple cases where I need to return cars to stock if there is dpf, egr etc. off made to them.
I have been struggling to figure out how I can look for right cff or smr-f flash files.
Delphi is no problem, I can just check neccessary sw part numbers with vediamo or dts, and download cff or smr-f.
Bosch ecus are pain in the ass to find correct flash file. Most cases original files can be found somewhere in forums.
But it would be so much easier to just search correct cff or smr-f, and flash with vediamo or dts monaco. Or transfer stock flash file data to mod file and write it to car.
Some files can be found with ecu part number with sw finder, but not in most cases.
If anyone has info how to find correct flash files, it would be appreciated. PM if info is too valuable to share with everyone.

Some will think this is funny but here goes… I have opel Astra G edc15c7 and I want to read the map/get remap file plus egr off also, and reflash it. I think I have made a mistake. I have desoldered the 29f400! I thought it was the 29f400 that was stopping me being able to read the map via mpps/obd,so I thought once the 29f400 was off,I could find the pinout for my mpps cable/ecu and read/write to the ecu. Have I made a mistake? Can this be done? I know the map can be read from the 29f400 but is it also on the ecu if 29f400 is off the board? I don’t have a willem programmer to read the 29f400
