Hello guys. I've read this faulty Ecu with Ktag(2.13) ,(made a backup) and unlocked it. When I want to read it, and save it with Kess (5.017, CAN ,OBD), it gives me Ckecksum Error. So I dont have read after unlock, just the first backup with Ktag. Both of these tools are chinese clones, is that the reason? I also got second hand ECU with same part number, and its unlocked with the same Ktag, but Kess wont give me file to write it there. It just pops up "checksum error" ,when I try to save the file. Can the checksum be corrected from the backup what I read with Ktag? Or is there any other options?
Hello, i have succeded to read D flash, generated eeprom, but when write eeprom, at check the file does not match with my eeprom file. Someone told me to write partition but i cannot find it in smok prog. Did someone used smok Prog to repair frm?

I would like to get ONE IF for E39, E46, E60, F10, F20, G30 and thinking of buying a BMW ICOM NEXT A,B,C to finish all my needs. I'm working with DCAN-USB-Cable, doitauto IF for OBD2 for INPA as well, but the goal is: One Set to get rid of this rubbish connections .
Now there are Clone-IF as well, Original ICOM Next is 700€ and the needed parts for B, C 300€. A Clone-Set will cost 340$ from obdii.shop with WiFi.
I have ECU 0 281 010 205, have been doing immo off in 24c04 eeprom using cracked AE tool and immo killer, compared files, both tools did same job, write to eeprom with verify was successful, cables at EWS are bypassed, car cranks but no start, DTC in DDE is that there is problem with immo, don't remember exact DTC.
any idea what else can be done ? attached are original and mod eeprom from ecu/dde 24c04 eeprom.

The Car has Apple Carplay but doesn't has Android Auto, car imported from Japan to Malaysia so the Connected Drive Service doesn't available , need to inject FSC to activate it , where can i get the FSC with reasonable price for it ?
When I tried to retrofit cruise control to a Crafter, I couldn’t find anything about coding the ESP with ODIS, only a combination of ODIS and DAS. Unfortunately, my Xentry was broken, so I couldn’t use that.
- You probably need ODIS-E for coding.
- I used ODIS-S and then choose Self-Diagnose.
- Replace the gas pedal with a variant that has a kickdown feature (Only manual gearbox)
- Install tempomat switch to column and replace the plastic housing.
- Cruisecontrol kit: 2E0998527A or 2E0998527B
After a lot of trying, I found out the following:
Steps:
Go to the 01 ECU > Self-Diagnose Module > Double click module > Coding, then Byte 5, and set it to hex: 44.
Go to the 03 ESP / ABS > Self-Diagnose Module > Double click module > coding > In the top left, choose 'Tempomat' and set the value:
04 = Default (probably off)
06 = Limiter only
07 = Cruise and limiter

Hello, I have a Bosch MED 17.5 year of production 2010 - so the question - is there any way to know by (SW 03c906016ba) if my ECU has Tprot on it? I want to know if I can safely use Kess v2 obd or I have to patch it and use boot mode. Right now I can only ID, WRITE and RECOVERY no READ available via OBD. Thank you.

Driver wish over 600nm
Engine torque limiter over 600nm.
Smoke limiter over 600nm.
Unfortunately, the engine torque in the log is
530nm at 2000rpm
and 550nm at 4000rpm.
A limiter must still be active somewhere.
The engine torque limiter at 2000rpm is over 600nm.
max IQ at 2000rpm 62mgh
at 3000rpm 65mgh
at 4000rpm 70mgh.
I hope it's understandable that the engine torque limiter and engine torque in the log are different things
I achieve good engine performance at 4000rpm. but do not achieve the desired engine torque in the lower speed range
I don't want to bend the NM IQ map to achieve the torque.
I have a C240 and would like to know since the ecm came out of a Ml320. When i go to program with DAS does it choose the software by vin or by what software is on the ecm. I cloned the ecm with an Autel 608 and transferred the coding out of the old computer into the new one. I need the software to be for a C240 not a ML320
Apart from deleting files added and running RCleaner, what else needs to be done to fully remove an installation of ISTA D/P from Win7 64 bit for preparation in reinstalling another version to avoid issues with a new install?
