Hello, I got a license for Ford FDRS, but sadly I got the error "User Authentication has failed."
As you can see from the screenshots, the license is up to date, I am using the latest version, and the network status is working fine. My account is set to the US, but I am from Brazil, and I also tried using a VPN as well.
After reading online, I saw that there are a lot of people with similar problems, but I tried their suggestions and had no luck. Has anyone had a similar problem?

in Damos these maps starts from 80020AD4, i tried to compare with my file without succes.
I found only Upshifts and Downshifts maps start at address 22EE8

It all started weeks ago. I have a workshop and we are on the PSA servicebox portal. We had accounts at PSA and FCA and from one day to the next we can't buy tokens. They make us migrate all of them to a single account that would be for Stellantis. After many attempts I managed to migrate my accounts correctly and buy tokens for diagnostic sessions with diagbox. Now comes my surprise: I can't log in with the diagbox program with my new account or with the old ones.
Has anyone had this problem or can you help me with this? I need to program a virgin ECU in one vehicle and an airbag unit in another.

Hi,
I have a Bosch EDC16CP31 ecu that had the wrong file written back into the ecu.
The ecu was done via bench mode and the file received was an OBD file, so after
writing the file into the ecu the vehicle didn't want to start. Also there is no
communication with the diagnostic tool.
I have done a boot recovery on the ecu and the file was written 100% to the ecu
but still the vehicle don't start and I cannot get the diagnostic tool to connect.
Is there a way to fix this ecu?
If I have to get another ecu which ecu's can I use?
This one's part number is 0 281 015 927 with HW: 25.08
