I am trying to change ECU on my Vectra OPC 2006, but I get as far that it asks me for a VCI code. I know that I can obtain it from ServiceBox but my accont is not validated yet.
Is there any other way to obtain this code from VIN?
Hello. So i have a sharan 1.9 pd AUY in garage. The problem was that its not starting good, needs a lot of crank to get to work. (7-10seconds of crank.
Changed: cam sensor 2x, crank sensor 3x
Checked: wiring (every single wire), ECU (changed too not helped)
also checked the tooth on the flywheel😂
The glow plug light was flashing after start, but i solved with a broken contact in fusebox. (after this the DTC P0605 disappeared compeletly.)
The code for crank sensor implausible signal never got away, can do anything after i clear the code and give a start it immidiatly goes back...

Trying to do immo off on above ECU however some one sent me wrong flash now i have no connection via bench pinout.
he suggested i restore original file using MPPS (boot mode).
However my original was read with fox flash - reading online it says fox flash does not do a full read on this ecu?
i have never used MPPS before is there some one who can advice / help or guide recovering this ECU and doing immo off on this car?
Had the car in garage over 5 weeks really need to get it out - i am happy to pay for a workign solution or guidance.

I have recently became an owner of a BMW E61, 525D with M57 engine, 177hp.
The problem is, it's cranking but not starting, so far I've tried :
- camshaft sensor
- crankshaft sensor (rpm moves slightly when cranking)
The fuel pump is working, can be heard when triggering it with tester and also when turning ignition on (it's with EKPS module)
Fuel is coming at rail (unscrewed at fuel injector and it was leaking)
Rail pressure sensor reads 2 bar when not cranking, goes up to 200 bar when I crank.
There is another pressure related to Rail I think? That reads 400 bar constantly.
Transparent fuel hose has no air bubbles, it's golden.
- Changed blue DDE relay
Fuses in trunk from EKPS/Fuel Pump alright
No fault codes stored in DDE, CAS or EKPS, only glow plugs, which they are caused from the glow plug module/relay.
DDE-CAS alignment also done a while ago, because of EWS Tampering error.
My only guess is a fuse in the box from ECU, where I haven't checked.
What are your opinions on it? Any help?

I’m new to Simos ecu and would like to Immo off a Simos 18.2 ecu for a VW GLi. Could anyone recommend costs friendly options as far as software and hardware? I would need to be able to do this in boot mode as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hello, I got a license for Ford FDRS, but sadly I got the error "User Authentication has failed."
As you can see from the screenshots, the license is up to date, I am using the latest version, and the network status is working fine. My account is set to the US, but I am from Brazil, and I also tried using a VPN as well.
After reading online, I saw that there are a lot of people with similar problems, but I tried their suggestions and had no luck. Has anyone had a similar problem?
