I have the following problem with a Passat 1.9TDI BXE engine, it is shaking a idle and after i see the errors i have a P0303 Cylinder 3 misfire, also now it started to produce white smoke.
I checked the injection actual values and at idle i have the following:
Cyl 1: -1.18 mg
Cyl2: -0.16 mg
Cyl3: 2.5 mg
Cyl4: -0.96 mg
Don´t know if it is related but this started to happen after i changed the fuel filter and after that it struglled to start (air in fuel) i already checked and the fule filter is well fitted and the oring is new, maybe it is not related with this issue since i changed the fuel filter because i noticed that the engine wasn´t smooth at idle.

AFTER PROCESING ADD KEY WITH AUTEL, DURING SECOND STEP ECU PROCESING FAILED, THE CAR LAGGED.
I DISCONNECT AND CONNECT THE BATTERY, NOW THE CAR HAVE TRANSPORT MODE ACTIVE, AND THE CAR WONT TURN ON.
WHAT PROBLEM SHOULD BE, HOW CAN I SOLVE THIS.
