below I am sharing my Delphi DCM6.1 mappack with you that is good for "Tuning" and "EGR".
This might be useful for anybody out there.

For the once that are expirienced with the Ford Delphi DCM6.1 I have a qustion regarding the Torque Monitoring function:

Now I made it work somehow, but I still do not understand what values the monitoring limits from:
"relative engine torque" multiplied with "Maximum of inner torque from ECU" are compared to?


Does anybody know how to calculate the monitoring right?

Cooudl someone please help me , starter is okay i put 12 volt on starter.

I have tried to remove the crash from this module but i cannot seem to clear B1620 fault i have tried a couple of solutions that have not worked. I have uploaded the original file and the cleared files i have tried. Does anyone have a solution for this?

Can anyone please share engine ECU wiring diagram and location of ECM relay ?

sometimes communication with ECU is ok but after a few seconds of running, the engine dies:
P068A: ECM / PCM Power Relay De-Energized Performance Too Early

other times, no communication with ECU and obviously doesn't start.

I've tried to clone a NBC250A to a new one by extracting dump from the original M95160 to the new one without success.
This BSI is on a FIAT DUCATO 2013. The reason I'm doing this is fuel gauge issue.
Have you got an idea ? Do I need to replace the flash NEC chip too ?
