Can you cross flash Simos 18? Answer is yes if keep in mind 3 main things:
1. Same bootloader
2. Same Power Class information - you can just copy it from original ASW
3. Variant Coding - copying it from original ecu will allow have less pain to deal with DTC and chaos in CAN.

If you tired fight with OEM boost controller there way eliminate it using patch for control boost depending on RPM. How to get it? You can buy from quite few suppliers, you can try search for opensource alternatives and so on. This thing is not based on any custom code to cry/complaint about intellectual property - it is just few ASW routine pointers to correct with required factor included.
