A reconditioned transmission from Poland was installed. The mechatronics were installed in the transmission. The control unit was converted from the old one.
Adaptation was performed.
The car drives in reverse and first gear, but the gear ratio doesn't change.
Can anyone give me a tip on where to start?
I didn't install the transmission myself, and the error log is empty.

Hi , I have a series 1 that no longer turns on the ignition when I put the key in. I took another cas3 with the key from another vehicle, the ignition turns on. I transferred the original data from my cas3 to the other cas3, I have no contact again. I wrote a new key, the same thing. My dump is broken. Can someone fix it?
I am currently struggling to figure out how to make rear door sunblinds work on my S class. I have installed the shades and plugged them into my original door modules, but everything works as if shades are not present. Later I noticed that my modules lack the pins for roller shades whatsoever.
I purchased door modules from another S class which has all required pins and tried running them, but even weirder one of the modules works exactly like the old one, and the other module doesn't roll the window down or up, all the rest of the functionality works.
Interestingly the module that doesn't roll the window up/down has some settings related to sunblinds when I connect Vediamo, but I'm unable to do any changes. The other module has identical part number but doesn't show any settings related to sun blinds in DAS or Vediamo.
Any guidance is appreciated. Should I flash these modules with a particular CFF or should I look for new ones?

I need to remove the EGR DPF & ADBLUE from a few of these vitos all exactly the same as they are hitting 400000km and is just too expensive to keep these emission devices working.
I have KTAG, KESS, openport 2.0 all clones.
I want to know if its possible with any of these machines.
Also what would be the easiest solution to get it done? Would i have to buy another machine to work on the ECU?
Once the files are pulled from the ECU can i run it through a DTC remover or is there a specific program that can re do the files?

I only work on these vitos and I cant keep taking the ecu out and taking it to the local ecu tuner as the vans are working very hard up country it is just such an inconvience.

I mainly do vehicle diagnostics and programming, I don't do keys, so mostly something that can clone modules or transfer immo or odometer data etc.
I have:
- Topdon Phoenix smart with a Tninja box
- UPA USB, genuine
- KESS3 Slave ODB and bench (my file service does provide originals if I need a ECU dump)
- MMC Flasher
- PCM flash (worth getting the scanmatic3 and bench hardware?)
I've been looking at the VVDI2 but not sure if I'm better off with VVDI prog or multi prog. Or is a IM608 more useful to fill in the gaps?

Need Flash 29f800bb eeprom 95160 and stf10 mcu files separately with checksums correct. I would be very happy if someone could help me. I've already spent 50 Euros with another member who said he could help and he only provided me with the same files I already had. Winols won't correct the checksums properly just so you know.

Hello! I have a 2010 E350 Coupe and I just swapped the ballast/control module after it got flooded with water from headlight humidity and sitting for a month. The module that was flooded was a Chinese clone that lacked all the adaptive features, but it did at least still work with low and high beam, as well as adaptive highbeams. The old unit did not auto-level or engage the cornering light, or move with the steering.
The replacement module I've purchased is aftermarket as I couldn't find any replacement assemblies ($900-1200CAD plus duties and shipping) or used ballasts that weren't $350CAD+, and the US was a no-go since my purchase was before the tariffs were delayed (I'm in Canada but dealing with customs over used vs new parts is a PITA). The new part is listed as being programmable. I'm absolutely new to any sort of coding or module work, and don't want to spend a bunch on gear if I don't have to.
I've seen a post where someone's mentioned that it needs to go through Initial Startup and might not require SCN coding, however that was for a thread where the person had installed a W212 module on a W211. I have a friend who has offline Star/Xentry but he says that it needs to communicate with Daimler servers to program the module.
Apologies if this has been asked a lot, I'm trying to wrap my head around fixing this, going OEM for everything would cost almost 50% of what the car is worth right now.
