Hi
I have issue with my Audi A3 ecu Remaped previous to the stage 1 and pops /bangs.The ecu has been replaced but due to can bus wires shorted on the steering rack it damaged the abs pump and the ecu.I managed to BDM ecu but it has checksome error at the end of flash read.I try to clone it did not work .I adapted new ecu and car started and got file redone but as soon I put tuners file in the ecu it does not start and SAFE comes on the dash .I have been back and forward with him and he says there is nothing wrong with the file. I thing he is just giving me stock file not my file modified .Please if someone can check for me or fix my original Old Flash file.
There is 4 files in .rar folder
Thank you in advance.
Hi to everyone,
I need to replace the dash board on Audi a4 B7 HW: 8E0 920 931 C Can you help me how to clone ? Whit other version I have used vagtacho for get pin and reprogram with vcds
But in this case I m not able to do this.. I read both eep from dash (old and donor) It’s enough for cloning?
Hello i have some backup file from E98 ecu, i am not sure what tool guy used to read it, i think it can be kess 3 or some clone ktag cause he had to boot it, can some body look at the file and maybe separate it to normal files?
im working on a Renault clio 2019, 0.9 TCe 66kw. Keyless go
client was driving and when he parked the car without switching off the car stalled.
no i have no full ignition, when i press start, the steering lock opens up, the servo goes on for a few seconds, and then it shuts down. Meanwhile no dash lights, only mileage, handbrake and door open signs. when i open the door, i get push start notification and after pressing what i described before happens.
if i remove the key from reader, or leave it inside its doesnt make a big difference, once entering the card, relay clicks, same reaction as without card in the reader.
i hear clicking of relays under the bcm, all fuses fine,
absolutely no DTC anywhere, when trying to read all modules everything shows up exept engine ecu/ probably because not really full ignition.
if you could guide me in any direction would be appreciation or any relevant wiring diagrams are welcome.
im suspecting engine ecu, bt im not sure if he needs it to give ignition lights, i have acces to all modules if i keep pressing start every few seconds, to keep it alive. just engine ecu no comms
Hi all, this is about the 3rd time Ive had this issue, so I'm not sure what's going on.
Working with a 2002 f150 cluster 3E22B
After reading the dump (using carprog clone), I am left with a fairly straightforward bin file.
Mileage is at the bottom, and according to the documentation, everything should be good to go.
I have attached the dump from the 2002 with around 274k miles
The calculator even detects the correct mileage and everything, however, after reinstalling, and reading with a scantool, the cluster seems to think it has 4.3 million miles.
I tried again about 10 more times, and I always get 4.3 million.
The only time I get a working mileage is if I use the full block of text from a different cluster, which seems to have different data on the right of the mileage.
Every calculation I tried seems to only ever change the data on the the front, which seems normal, and i usually dont have too many issues with hc11, and never have any issues with hc12, but There has to be something more to these 00-03 ford clusters hc11
This also happened on a 2001 3E22B f150 last week, same story in every way.
This one has about 262k, I have also attached that dump
My question is, What am I doing wrong?
I believe its related to the data on the right, some sort of rolling check digit would be my assumption, but I have no clue how to calculate for that nor have I found anyone posting about this issue.
I have attached 2 good dumps from clusters I've failed to correct by only changing the first 2 cells
Further down I have also attached a screenshot of the 4.3 million failure, as well as a copy of one I successfully corrected by comping the entire block of data from a separate cluster
Hello,
Got a request to raise rpm on idle. Its a audi S4 3.0l 333hp. It's around 1300rpm when started cold, and after a few seconds drops to about 720-750rpm. Would like rpm to be raised to around 850rpm.
Anyone got an solution on this?
Problem with VDO CDC32xx+24c32 dashboard, because it didn't have communication with coil reader. So decided to do immo off. Done EDC16 immo off with Autel, car start. Now have SAFE on dashboard. It is possible to do immo off in dashboard? Or something so that don't stay SAFE. Please anybody help in this situation
I’m facing an issue with my Audi A6 C7 3.0 BiTDI V6 CGQB engine. Under full throttle—specifically during a kickdown at cruising speed—the car goes into limp mode and throws the P0087 code ("Fuel Rail Pressure Too Low"). It doesn't happen every time, and interestingly, when I shift to Manual mode and launch from a full stop with full load, the car accelerates without issues, and the fuel pressure easily goes over 2000 bar (as seen in live data). However, during a kickdown, around 1700-1800 bar ( at between 3-4K RPM), the power cuts, and at that moment, the fuel pressure is about 500 bar lower than the specified value, triggering the code and limp mode. The car runs fine at lower loads, but at high RPM (around 3500), the issue reappears.
Here’s everything I’ve tried so far:
Replaced the high-pressure fuel pump (new revision) twice.
Installed new injectors (tested and confirmed working) twice.
Replaced the fuel injector seals—they are all fine.
Installed new fuel pipes, common rail lines, and a fuel pressure regulator.
Replaced the fuel pressure sensor twice.
Swapped the auxiliary fuel pump with a working one from another car (A7), and the pump from my A6 works fine on the A7.
Replaced the fuel filter twice.
Swapped the fuel temperature sensor with a working one from the A7.
Cleaned the fuel tank, swapped the common rail lines, injectors, rail pressure sensor, and rail pressure regulator with working parts from the A7.
Despite all these efforts, the problem still persists. The A7 runs fine with my parts, but the A6 continues to have the same issue.
If anyone has experienced something similar or has any ideas, I would really appreciate your input. This issue is driving me crazy, and I’m not sure where to look next!
I have an old mercedes 1994 fitted with mercedes w211 320cdi engine EDC16C2 CR3.23.
There is no error in ECU but the engine speed cannot exceed 3000rpm.
I learned that it could be because of no ABS neither SBC installed in the car, so is it possible to disable torque strategies in this dump?
I want to buy a damos for my Toyota ECU ,Mainly for my own research! Please help me to take a look. Please tell me the cost. The encoding of bin is 89663-06R21. I don’t know why the file cannot be uploaded.
