I have an old mercedes 1994 fitted with mercedes w211 320cdi engine EDC16C2 CR3.23.
There is no error in ECU but the engine speed cannot exceed 3000rpm.
I learned that it could be because of no ABS neither SBC installed in the car, so is it possible to disable torque strategies in this dump?

I have zero voltage to the 0ck electric pump B. What can I check. If replace mechatronic. What exactly needs repairing. Please help. All software is correct. Sw is 0008 but no voltage to pump B so I am worried the mechatronic is messed up.
