I'm a newbie (as of 4 days ago) to Xentry, Das, etc. However I've managed to get up to speed fairly quickly (or so I'd like to believe) by getting a clean install of Xentry 11-2011 going on my old XP laptop with a serial port.

My adventure started when my new China C3 arrived 5 days ago. I managed to get it connected to the mux but it kept saying "Turn on ignition". Starting the engine made no difference. Suspecting something amiss with my USB-Serial cable (it was a pretty expensive one though) I decided to go through a fresh new install.

Now even with my new install with native COM port, I'm getting the same message. I ran a CAESAR test, with the following results for "Power Ignition":

Note the power ignition of 00.3 V even with the engine on! I've seen other tests where the voltage is more like 12V. I've checked the pinouts for the 38-pin cable but I don't see any marked Ignition Voltage (though there is a battery voltage). How can I verify that the issue is with the car's system and not with the MUX???

I bought a 05 plate mondeo ST 220 a few years back the trader sad the sat nav disc is in its case in the boot I saw the case but never actually checked it out.
guess what when checked later it not there rang the guy he said he said ill send you it well i still waighting.now the sat nave is dropping location quiet a lot lately so wondering if I can get a copy from anywere and re install it if it will help

was able to successfully install Xentry 09.2012 however when attempting communication das gets stuck at (please wait, DAS is initializing communication layer) this only happens with SDconnect not D3 hardware. 07.2012 did not have this issue. i also get an odd error of (3.17)-3.252 or (3.17)-3.186 any advise is appreciated.
