Hi friends,

I have MB S420 1997 with Becker 1690.. S/N BE1690V1141120 (Vin: wdb1400431a394818).. I know right code, which is 44354 which being used before and worked fine... (carport also generates the same)... after last battery remove this code is not accepted anymore, I tried to change audio to BE1650 (BE1650 T1062539 with code 13121 - I know it's right code which I also checked with carprog and it's OK)... but strange thing is that it's also not accepted in the car...

any ideas?

While updating Power steering module the VCM lost connection and now power steering is not working. It is giving an error "Testman error 12 56 218936"

Next time I try to connect the VCM it is loosing connection.

ANy help is greatly appreciated.

Hi.

I know the meriva suffers with electronic power steering issues, although have had the car 2 months+ and until i worked on it, the steering was fine

I changed all 4 brake pads and bled the system completely as the fluid was bright green... I've since checked none of the brakes are binding and all wheels move freely.

The car now self corrects properly from either full lock position, but sits between 11 & 12pm meaning it permanently wants to go left as though it's going around a roundabout.

I once had the battery off and moved the wheels while working on them by hand. not sure if this confused the sensor as to straight ahead? I've tried disconnecting the battery, then re-connecting it and going to both full left & right lock to re-calibrate it, but it didn't seem to make any difference.

I've just got back from having both fronts and rears tracked, garage said slightly out but was within min/max tolerances. They've ensured it's as spot on as possible after I explained the issue..

Anyone have any ideas that doesn't include a new steering rack? am i missing something or not re-calibrating the torque sensor properly?

I've got an op-com cable on the way, not sure if i can re-configure the sensor with op-com? I can get to the wiring loom for the sensor and if anyone knows the pinouts, could take meter readings, but cannot move the sensor as it is mounted within the column

Just replaced the radiator fan and control unit on an octavia2 (earlier fan was jammed) car started ac switched on fans working fine after driving for 10 kms stop the engine fans keep cycling on and off continuously until the battery is disconnected any ideas anybody thanks

I have check many crack for IDS version between V76-V80. Many forum talking FLY and ROTUNDA crack. Now I have check lot of cracks and found two different _VCM.bcf files. Another is about 617kb and another is 2267kb.

What is different for there bcf files? It is possibly check which VCM (FLY/ROTUNDA) patch work with this file size?

I remember one patch case where only bigger file size work...

You don´t need to install it, if you have VCDS Lite installed on your computer, uninstall it.

Just Unpack the .RAR file and Run Loader.exe!
