the hybrid battery went down in voltage after having the car parked for some time. now the voltage went down and the battery was removed charged. i didnt do the removal and recharge, someone else did it and i was called to diagnose this later, i found this error codes and i need advise on how to go about this problem.
The state of charge percentage is locked at lowest level, but when plug in charger was used to charge the vehicle, all the cells reach 100% but the state of charge (SOC = 1.22%), to me it is not normal, because the so far as the cells all were able to charge to 100%, and the car dim shows charging complete, like you should see SOC being up, .. so i am believing that the dump need to be reset, if someone has done anything on a similar before, please kindly share idea with brother...

Was away for 14 days on a vacation, left car with battery at max for 14 days. Come home and car didnt start.
I charged the battery, now car starts engine starts but getting a red battery sign on dashboards that wont go away.
Car doesnt go Hybrid mode. And after 10-20 mins its drains the 12v battery.
Anyone experienced the same before?
When 12v battery is charged car start for 20 mins, till it drains.
I guess the 12battery doesnt charge for a reason. Car doesnt have any alternator....

Hello, need to update the software, but when choose in the top line Coding, then Flash, in the bottom window of Vediamo, it gives a lot of the same error messages:
error while communicate with the ecu: ceasar:comcoordinator: 02026:serviceerror: unknown message in obd mode, because service used in cbf-file not alloved(e.g. cp_restheadermode==functional for download/upload)
I try to upload the ccf file, pushing to write, I see Tactrix try to get connection, but after giving the message: "ECU contact not established".

It is my understanding that if the 93lc66 EEPROM is re-written with a virgin file it will start working again.
