Hello, i have bought a Volvo S60 D5 2001, i want to make a key for it. I have already cloned the transponder but i can not program the remote. As far as i know remote data is stored in UEM. Is it possible to make the remote work by manually writing the remote control ID and remote control security data in UEM dump? Thanks

Please i am trying to diagnose a customer's 2013 Toyota Camry 4 Cyl engine (2AR-FE)

Customer is complaining of high fuel consumption so I plugged in my Autel MP808TS scanner,

Shoft Fuel Trim: 2.8%
Long Fuel Trim: 21.9%

AF Sensor Bank1 Sensor1 Voltage: hovers around 3.3-3.4% on idle but when i rev it drops to 2.9V and rises to 4.9V then returns to 3.4V

Oxygen Sensor Bank1 Sensor 2: Averages 0.8% on idle but drops to 0.2% when i rev and then returns to 0.8V on idle. 

We have changed fuel filter and cleaned injector nozzles but same values. Fuel pump seems okay.

Customer had changed the AF Sensor about 2weeks ago.

Hi. I have a problem with a honda jazz 1.3 with i-shift robotic transmission. It stops shifting while driving. It shows 8 on the display and the engine does not start. Gearbox actuator moves by itself all the time. Fault codes are:
I-Shift 4 problems exist
1.P19FC Shift Change Actuator Position Learning Not Completed Current
2.U0401 F-CAN Malfunction (TCM Received Invalid Data From ECM) Current
3.P0810 Clutch Operation Problem Current
4.P0810 Clutch Operation Problem Temporary


Is there anyone with experience repairing this transmission? Does anyone have wiring diagrams or documentation? Thanks.

I got here for repair a Audi A3 8P (TDI) Dash 
PartNo 8P0920930Q 
Its VDO dash with two Fujitsu MPC (not micronas).

You know if there is any way to repair this or a donor is needed and clone ?
Cant find any information about this dash with Fujitsu MPC.

The dash caused many CAN faults and car doesnt start anymore and many more faults.

Hello Guys,

Currently we are looking to use our KTS560 as a pass-thru VCI.
We have tested it and it works good with ODIS.
But now we want it to use with a lot of other brands. ( BMW, MB, Ford, PSA, Volvo )
I have read somewhere on the website from bosch that some brands don't work together and that you have to swap your hard drive in order to work properly.
Can someone tell me which brands these are, I can't find it anymore.
And does someone have experience using the KTS as pass-thru device?
