I need your professional help. My private car, Mercedes V-Class from 2015 with 2,1 190 PS has a mod file from a tuner. AdBlue off is done via DaVinci.
The problem: very sporadically I get message on cluster: Pre-Safe system not available with ESP lamp on and car is in limp mode with no power.
I realised, that it is the most time, when car is cold from start. When car is warm, it performs well and the power makes fun, so I dont want to switch
back to ori- AdBlue Solution with DaVinci should not be the problem: with AdBlue on and off -> same problem.
With ori there is no problem. Tuner said, that torque monitoring is off.
On ESP ECU I have fault codes:
C320100 - CAN Signal 'Engine torque' from control unit 'Combustion engine' is missing or implausible
C038300 - CAN Signal 'Engine request' from control unit 'Combustion engine' is missing or implausible
Tuner argued, that another car with same SW has no problems, so the problem is on my car.

It is a 3008 and I have problems with the TPROOT because I turn adblue off but after starting 7 or 8 times it no longer starts.

My issue is with SDARS/Satellite
Service has been activated by SiriusXM
When I go into XM in Command it bring me to
Ch. 1 SiriusXM Preview Channel…
On this screen it shows nothing and no sound and it shows an Antenna Graphic Marked Out….
Antenna is showing the same on Ch. 0 but here it shows me my Radio ID. These are the only 2 channels currently…
I’ve had refresh signals sent out but this also did nothing to resolve the issue!
Upon first doing the retrofit I had a Satellite antenna open circuit code, resolved it with still no luck. My next step was to try an aftermarket antenna but still no luck….
Anyone here could pin point the issue? I’ve done actual values from xentry and all seems to be fine.
Ever since retrofit this hasn’t worked. I can confirm the New HU is a SDARS model and has the Radio ID printed on the Sticker that lists the P/N etc.

Hello all. In the workshop assigned to me is a 2011 American Freightliner Sprinter Van has 260k miles/418429 KMs, which has been a complete nightmare, from the start.
Here is what happened initially: There was a loss of power. Just like of them.
I do not have fault codes on hand right this exact second; I am home, not at the workshop. It had two codes, the upper limit for Pressure Control Valve has reached the upper limit, and another code relating to the PCV, which I forgot.
Here is what has been replaced WITH NEW DEALERSHIP PARTS, some installed by dealer under recall;
ECU, 6 FUEL INJECTORS, LEFT SIDE RAIL, LOW-PRESSURE FUEL PUMP, MAF, fuel filter.
Historically, already has had new turbocharger and engine wiring harness, a few years ago.
Here is what has been replaced with parts from in-person running engines;
High-pressure fuel pump, another high-pressure pump, another set of 6 fuel injectors, Another set of 2 fuel rails, a third quantity control AND pressure control valve, fuel temperature sensor stayed on all HP pumps when exchanged.
ONLY after exchanging the pressure control valve, several times, with different valves, from other random rails found in my parts collection from part out cars, that it actually didn't die when the throttle was blipped, and throw the code where the rail pressure is too HIGH or too low, and the adaptations are at their limit.
I used valves from om651,648,647,646, 642 cdi, 642 BT, 642 generic bosch, and every valve you can imagine.
I finally got the van to drive successfully, but ONLY when the fuel temperature was above 120F, or whatever it is when it switches over from the QCV to the PCV/vice versa. oppositely, the van would idle fine with one valve, but only when the fuel temperature is below 120F, and throw the code where the rail pressure is too LOW, and the adaptations are at their upper limit... Once again, van runs EXCELLENT once fuel temperature reads above 120F, or whatever it is. If you baby the throttle, and gently heat up engine, it will not fault out. Once about past quarter throttle is achieved, it faults out. But the van has a bunch of crap in the back so, driving it with quarter throttle is impossible.
I have created a contraption that supplies filtered fuel from a temporary bottle, bypassing the van's fuel system, as a second/different fuel source, with no change.
NEVER had a code for QCV at the front of the pump, have only had codes for PCV on the left side rail.
Engine air filter is not dirty. Turbo spins freely. Adaptations for component replacement would not be performed initially, then after no change after the component replacement was replaced, adaptions were performed. Engine does not have blow by.
I Installed all those new parts, with no change, then uninstalled them, and still have them.
I am at a complete LOSS. EVERY logical fuel-related component has been replaced.
At this point, I almost want to go through all the effort of swapping in an M273! All the horsepower and reliability!
Does anyone have any ideas? I want to fix this POS. Thanks!

I reset mine by accident and dont have a backup.
Car starts ok, but all drive modes had gone. Ive managed to reconfigure some of the settings to get my drive modes working, but there are lots of errors now.
