I have a W212 E350 CDI 2010 (212.025) which has an annoying problem with torque converter. When I slow down for turning at the crossroads, for example, the second gear is applied. When I accelerate from the crossroads normally, the torque converter slips and lock-up is applied abruptly, resulting in a jerk, as if a clutch of a manual transmission was suddenly released. Almost immediately after introducing the lock-up, the gearbox shifts third gear and driving continues without issue. So the harsh lockup on second is the only problem with the gearbox, otherwise it works well and all gear shifts are perfect.
There have been trouble code 2783 (Torque converter clutch friction too high), but it was cleared and has not appeared again in a few thousand kilometers.
Done so far:
- Oil change including torque converter drain
- Valve body removed from the transmission and solenoid filters checked, they were clean
- All torque converter adaptations performed with Xentry, with no help to the issue
Should I try torque converter or some solenoid next? Or maybe entire EHS? This seems to be a very common problem, but I have not managed to find the reason and solution.
Hi all.
Has anyone got an adblue solution for 2019 kia sorrento 2.2 edc17c57 that won't make adblue counter on dash show as empty after removing module ? Or is there a way of removing adblue level guage from display ? Thanks
Hello,
I have a problem with my RR Sport 2012 year 3.0 diesel. There is a problem with differential pressure sensor. I bought 2 sensors and still store error - P2453 - Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) pressure sensor “A” circuit range or performance. Particulate fiter is changed with a new one. ECU reads different values at ignition on and idle with every sensor. With one of the sensors shows 0.6V at igniton on and idle the fault deletes, but stores it after some starts.
Would anyone tell what voltage value ECU should read at igniton on and idle on differential pressure sensor ?
Hi guys,
I have nissan xtrail 2002. 2.0i manual gearbox.
The problem on the car is very unusual.
Engine dies soon as the car starts moving.
And then i get engine fault it says camshaft sensor but it is not cam sensor. I have tested wiring and voltages everything ok but when engine dies i got 0 voltage on ecu wire. I unplugged the box next to the engine ecu it says "abs controller" and the car is running and you can drive, but i think it is awd related ecu because i can connect to abs with diagnostic. Also i tried to read wheel rpm and diagnostic shows every wheel normal.

Working on a 2006 Sprinter 2.2, engine has been replaced, got fault code 1437-001 B19/7 (Temp sensor upstream of Cat). Found the upper cat central temp sensor wire has been looped up disconnected and cable tied. Anyone know where the sensor plugs into please? I've looked everywhere underneath & around engine bay...cannot see any spare connectors on the loom. I am assuming the new engine may not have this option on the loom, however as there is a fault code i'm guessing the ECU is missing this item & there has to be an open circuit.
