Hi, i need some help on the mechanical part for the power steering rack, i tried to change the rotor from a RHD ( healthy rotor ) to a LHD rack, i removed the rod and the small bearing came out (88 of those like it should be) now i'm trying to put the small bearings in again but i cannot fit them all, can anyone tell me if there is a trick to fit all 88 of the small bearings in bc i'm gonna lose my mind trying and everytime i get the same result

If you are just a small user. Here is my advice to you:
1. Auto login is actually taking someone's account in the dealership to write their software. They just hide it. You will see the dealer user's login name inside FDRS. So don't risk a large amount of money if you can't afford it.
2. The reason Ford locked the account is because it detected anomalies on that account. When a person in this country diagnoses a car outside their territory. So it is only a matter of time before an account is locked.
3. A seller is always a seller. They just sell and leave. Find people who can really support you when needed. These people will help you solve the problem.
4. If you really need to find a job, go to work once. That will be better.
5. I can answer your questions to the best of my ability.

I'm trying to generate a custom CFF for flashing 451 TCU's.
So far:
I've used 'CFF 'CaesarSuite' tools 'CFF: Flash Export' and 'CFF: Flash Splicer'
I've written some simple python scripts to Decode and Encode the CCC bin files from the Export.
The decoded exported files are identical to the corresponding contents of a TCU flash dump.
Reencoding and merging CCC bin files results in an identical CFF file.
Encoding and merging a modified CCC bin file works, and the checksum/crc at the end of the CFF file changes.
But when I flash the modified using vediamo, the flash progresses to the end and then:
Ecu flashing is broken off
Error: Service execution failed. Reason: CAESARrogBlock: 20083: FLASH - CRC Check Failed
The TCU is left with access to boot firmware, and can be re-flashed with a standard CFF file.
Both good and bad Flash attempts take the same time (1 min 26 secs).
So I guess that there is another checksum somewhere that either relates to each CCC bin file, or the file overall.
Has anyone any information on CFF checksum/crc generation, and how I might fix my CRC error.

I write this post with the hope of protecting all forum users.
I posted on these pages the request to remove (obviously for a fee) the kickdown of the dq381gen2 gearbox of one of my client's golf 8 gtis. It was also necessary to set the gear shift limiter to 7200rpm.
DopMotorsport Germany (bsr performance) contacted me with whatsapp number +4915906546512, with email [email protected], telling me that he would make a stage 3 file with all the functions active. The file never worked and he claimed that it was necessary to have the engine map to remove limitations. Given that the car on the bench made 445hp and 650nm of torque complete with certification, the ecu tuner rightly did not want to provide the map, and then DopMotorsport claimed that by making a new stage 3 map the car would have had more than 500hp and all the active functions.
The result is that the car never worked, I had no stage3 file and no active functions, I had to contact the previous developer again and Mr. DopMotorsport Germany stole more than €1000 from me sent to his revolut account.
Beware of these scammers, I will provide screenshot images to anyone who needs them, I also have the bank details of this gentleman's revolut account who should have refunded me but never did.

I took the file from orginal xentry , ı could not able to solve it. Could you Help me?
