Hello friends, i got a golf 5 that got a donor dsg from an passat. I have tried to flash dq250 ori from an golf 5 with 2.0 tdi engine but there is implasuible signal error on vcds. Does any one had a read bin file of dsg with an 1.9 tdi engine?
Here is the free version of sysma, When I disassembled the program, I found references to more advanced versions, hopefully a crafty software engineer can figure out how to activate these other levels.
Hi guys. I´m helping out friend with individualy built street legal car. It uses Subaru EJ205 (2005 2.0 Subaru Forester 162Kw for US Market Engine). It´s stock engine apart from upgraded turbocharger to IHI VF34.
ECU map offloaded using WIN Flash. Find at attached.
I´d like to have done following:
180KmH speed limit removed
Maximum engine rpm increased to 7200
Boost increased to reach ca 280HP

We tried local tuners, but the files were not working ok.
it stays constant on, if turn right indicator it stays on if left stays on, hazard same thing, i can hear relay clicking, only way to turn them off if battery disconnect. ordered bcm, probblem not there, unplugged hazard switch, indicator stalk, even radio problem still there. anyone had similar? Thanks

Hello! I have problem with 318d. It showing consumption on 18l/100km level. Now funny part when i drive with pedal in floor it show normal 5.5/7l after reset, but when i release pedal it raising again too 8 then 10 then 12 litres and more and more. Only dtc is glow plug relay or burned all plugs and heated fuel filter. Also car dont have dpf, maybe not good turned off but its show same consumptin when reg is not requested on stock soft also.
I need help to brainstorm this issue with Fiat Doblo 1.3 Multijet 90hp.
The engine has been totally rebuilt, and this DTC P1541 22 - Variable Displacement engine oil pump remains.
The oil pump, filter, pressure regulator, and pressure sensor has been replaced...So the last thing I can think of is a bad ECU, do you guys agree with me?
Does anyone have a diagram for MJD8F3.D8, so I can check any fault components?

I'm looking for help with reflashing the HLI_FR222 module on my S205. The original right-side module was damaged due to water ingress and is now completely dead. I purchased a replacement module from Ebay (part number A2229004505). I'm not sure if it's an original OEM part.
When connected, DTS Monaco identifies the new module as B16_Variante (while my left module is B12). After basic setup to work with the W205 platform, the car stopped throwing errors, which seemed promising.
However, my car has blue DRL LEDs that activate on unlock, and I couldn't find the correct variant coding to enable this feature on the right module. I figured reflashing the module with different firmware might be the solution — but that’s where things went wrong.
After attempting the reflash, I received a HW/SW mismatch error. The module is now completely wiped, and I can’t flash anything to it anymore.
I’ve tried both SMR-F files (I believe):
2229029209_001
2229029404_001
Neither one worked.
At this point, I’m stuck and hoping someone here can help me recover the module or point me in the right direction to get it working again.
I've replaced and programmed an UCH on a MK3 Clio 2010 with card keys, and the original issues we're solved.
Later, customer called saying everything works, with the exception of remote locking and unlocking, by pressing the buttons on keycard which I forgot to test after programming.
I've done the procedure with Renolink, and followed all of the instructions given. So, is there any special procedure to adapt the remote function on the keyfob, that I'm not aware?
I have a strange problem..
Sometimes when i slowing down its jumps to neutral from drive then i can not choose anything just stays i neutral... and i must restart engine to be normal again

I have changed oil and filter in gearbox 2 months ago at dealer..

The first map should be upper threshold during regeneratio, the second one theupper treshold in normal operating mode, the third one the lower threshold during regeneration and the 4th one the lower operation for normal operating mode.[/font][/font]
