I am please asking for some help because I know almost nothing about Toyota cars, and my health bad so I cannot do the repair work myself.
Problem is with 2012 Prius.
Car one day behaving badly - engine badly misfiring/shaking (death rattle?) and low engine power. Coolant level was fine, could only see fault code P0401 (history, not current/pending) - Launch saying insufficient EGR flow.
I wanted workshop to just clean EGR and EGR cooler and see if car working after that.
But instead workshop changed EGR and Throttle Body with used genuine Toyota parts - workshop told me they found fault code for throttle body that I never saw before. Workshop also told me did not have time to clean EGR cooler but said we should clean cooler when car serviced next.
Car seemed ok after repair, but owner told me engine misbehaved a few more times - Launch then showing P0401 code 3 times, 1 showing current, 1 showing pending, 1 showing history. Cleared codes and took car to workshop to get EGR cooler cleaned - but car behaving perfect that time, workshop saying no need to clean EGR cooler.
But after that time, now one time car totally stopped on road when driving and would not start. I went to see car approx 30 mins later and car started fine with no problems (but engine warning light showing).
This time I found more fault codes
Engine:
P0401 3 times (current, pending, and history),
P3190 2 times (history and current). Launch saying P3190 Poor Engine Power, but some places on Google saying P3190 with Prius is really Throttle Body problem.
Hybrid Control:
P0A0F (current) - Launch saying Engine Failed to Start
P3000 (current) - Launch saying Battery Control System.
I cleared the codes, no warnings on dash, did small test drive and no fault codes came back.
Is there any Prius experts that can help me please?
I think P0A0F+P3000 hopefully just one time engine would not start and made hybrid system unhappy.
But looks like P0401+P3190 is the real problems.
I was hoping first maybe just EGR cooler partially blocked, and cleaning EGR cooler might fix problem.
But problem only happens rarely - if EGR cooler is blocked should problem not be getting more and more worse until cleaned?
And is P3190 really code for low engine power or code for bad throttle body? I do not have Techstream, I only have an old Launch - information I find on google giving me different information about this fault code.
Unfortunately I cleared the codes and I have zero experience with Toyota. If car sets codes in future - would it save freeze frame data that would show throttle body angle demanded and actual readings, MAF demanded and actual readings?

I have a VW Up 1.0 CNG 2017. We’ve disabled the CNG system, and now we want to swap the CNG instrument cluster for a standard petrol one.
The original CNG cluster is part number 1S0920870B, and the new cluster is 1S0920870K.
I’ve tried reading the immo data with both VVDI2 and IM608, but both are not able to get immo data.
Is it possible to manually copy the immo data? I have eeprom dumps of both clusters (taken with VVDI2).

I have a problem with Citroen C4 Picasso 2 - most likely BSI (Continental 9806687980 A2C53383165) has failed.
I bought a used BSI with the same numbers on the sticker.
I read both EEPROMs (95256) and transferred the data from the old one to the new one - unfortunately it didn't work.
So I need support on 2 issues:
read the Immo pin from the old EEPROM,
Making a "virgin" for a new EEPROM (I heard it is enough to save the entire FF memory - can anyone confirm this?).
Is anyone able to help?
