I just got an A6 C8 and i did a full scan and i found the error Component Protection Active on module A5.
I dont have any error on the dash whatsoever.
Any idea how to proceed. Do i have to have some feature restrictions?
I need help with adjusting milleage of Toyota FJ Cruiser 2007 with EEPROM 93c66 dash type 83800-35G20-B. This car is from USA and its milleage is in miles but not in km. I have tried many solutions like Tacho soft and x-tool dash calculator, but they do not seem to work dash starts to flash after writing the modified files.
Current milleage is 249453 eeprom read as 16bit
If I write back the original file dash stops blinking and all works fine.
Tacho soft and other tools suggest editing the following 3 lines in the beginning of the eeprom(which does not work already tested):
0000: FA 16 FA 16 FA 16 FA 16 FA 16 FA 16 FA 16 FA 16
0010: FA 16 FA 16 FA 16 FA 16 FA 16 FA 16 FA 16 FA 16
0020: FA 16 FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF

where the next bytes:
FA 16 - is a mileage
But the original contents of the eeprom with milleage lines look differently I believe it is because the cluster is in MILES not in KM, please see:

Story. Car did catch water and replaced LAM module with another. They are same part nunber same hardware number only difference that old îs q3 and apare îs q4.

After lam replacement i had error

After Commissioning of control unit "E1n7 (Actuation module, LED exterior lighting, left front and enter the codes everything was ok no errors.
But client tried to Zero nosition adjustment
IT failed, and now we have error
C156E00 Calibration of the vehicle level was not performed
Tried coding SG-SW-HEADLAMPS lwr settings but If i code another car IT tells me that level sensors missing
Looked unther the car did not see any level sensors not in front and not in rear. Îs it possible that the level sensor be in another place ? Or îs it possible LAM module to have electronic level sensor inside of IT ?
What to do ți get rid of that error ? Can anybody help ?

I’ve tried to move eeprom but it’s not working… I assume it has different software number.

I'm new to CVT gearboxes and currently working on a Peugeot 4008 equipped with a Mitsubishi CVT (similar to the ASX 2016).
I'm experiencing significant hesitation and slipping. After opening the gearbox, I discovered a leak in the seal that drives the pulley to move the belt.
I've attached photos, can anyone advise if replacing this seal alone is sufficient, or should I also replace the belt? All other components appear to be in perfect condition.
Additionally, if I need to order a new belt, which part number should I refer to? Is 901074 the correct number, and what does it represent?

Hi guys I have here skoda roomster its 1.4i
16v I think so .. they bring it here with fault of cam sensor and car start very hard cranking long time to start
Fault in ecu p1337 or 17745
I have checked so far another sensor and wiring from sensor to ecu
Also they swap another ecu but no differences.. they say they also checked timing all good.
What is weird there is three wires one ground one 5v and last should be signal but I have there another 5v from ecu not sure what to look at next
Also they said there was fault on crank sensor they changed it and no more fault for it …
Could any one provide me wiring diagram for it ? What else I can check

Short story long owner's blade broke away from remote so he decided to make new handle and start car with it while having remote with chip at home. Car started and died obviously. Now even if i bring chip close to immo it doesnt recognize it. I need to reprogram the key but the issue is xp400 programmer doesnt renew key so it can be relearned. Can anyone help me out please. I ll attach photos of what autel reads from key, it basically does all functions except renewing it and throws error of communication. Also photo of immo reading of cs code and pin code.
Any help would be greatly appreciated..
