Good evening forum members, I need a tip/support in my search for the reason why my battery is draining.
I have carried out a resting current measurement and found that my left door control unit is partially drawing 0.08A (80ma), although the car has already been in deep sleep for 20 minutes.
As can be seen in the photos, the resting current after about 30 minutes (with the interior monitoring switched off) is 0.10a (10ma)
Unfortunately, the display then jumps up to 0.117a (117ma) for a few seconds and then back to 0.10a (10ma)
Measured on the fuse for the door control unit, I briefly see 0.08a (80ma) and then it is gone again.
I found the latest version of the control unit for my car from the EPC and bought a used "new" working door control unit, replaced it, programmed it, everything works.
Unfortunately, the idle current problem still persists even with the new door control unit.
The old door control unit had the number: A2219000901
The new door control unit has the number: A2219006204
In the pictures that I attached to this thread, you can see a blue plug, as soon as I remove it, everything is OK and the idle current remains at 0.10a (10ma)
Does anyone have an assignment for the plug or know what exactly each wire on this cable does?
Without the plug, unfortunately, the door locking with the car key remote no longer works (soft close etc)
i tried to do an EGR Off on a EDC1U1 ECU from a VW Touran 1.9tdi with EGR Remover.
I also made every EGR related DTC Off with P Remover and also the P2279 that came up with the EGR deleted.
The Car goes still in Limp Mode while driving it, You can just Feel that it goes in that mode whe accelerating up to higher RPM, there is no check ight coming up.
Here is the original ori from the car, can someone please do a proper Off for it ?

Hi to all. I was working on fiesta 2004. This car need at last 2 keys for the first programming. Since the customer have only one key I used 2 keys (key A and key B). Key A is used fiesta key. Key B is Focus MK2 used. Now fiesta is working fine with both keys. Focus is not workin with his own key (Key B) I cant even program it on focus. Anyone have experience like this???

I have a Toledo MK4 PQ26, 2018 MY, CXMA 1.6
After removing the subframe for replacing ball head and installing back in, I removed the steering rack knuckle from the subframe. I put back the exact same place (steering wheel center / wheels at center, no misplace) I got error:
- 6351360 - Crash Shut-Down Activated
and B1168
(no accidents, just putting back the subframe)
I have no Power Steering, the light is in red with traction control lamp.
A did a 'Reset to Factory Setting' in module 44, the Crash Shut-Down went away, I only have now:
- B1168
- C10AC
When my steering wheel is at center, the Angle sensor - raw value is at 142 degree. I removed the subframe again and put back to be 1000000% sure but the problem is the same
I tried going with it, steering wheel turned all the way right/left.
