Hi all,
W212 HU NTG4.5 has missing HW & SW part numbers in Engineering mode, as attached. All functions running normal, except AUX
Anyone has idea what is the issue? Will update the firmware will fix this issue? and what is telematics version to update HU?

hi friends. I need to fully disable the EGR in a 2000 Ford Transit, 2.0tddi, visteon control unit.
A solution is needed to disconnect the connectors from the EGR control vacuum valve and from the EGR valve position sensor.
I found the EGR maps and disabled dtc p0403, p0404, p0409. There are no more fault codes in the pcm. but the glow plug light is flashing on the instrument panel and the car is in power limit mode. If i connect the plug to the EGR position sensor, the spiral goes out and the limitation mode disappears. but that doesn't suit me. the connector must be disconnected.
I'm sure there is a solution. Perhaps it involves emulating the signal from the EGR position sensor at the software level in the computer. but maybe I'm wrong. but there is definitely a solution. can anyone help? in the archive is the original file and my EGR-off.
