Folks, I have a 2016 GLE Mercedes with the factory tow bar. It’s gone wrong but it’s fitted from factory so assume it has the 550 coding option.
If I remove the factory trailer module and fit a aftermarket tow bar and buy the retrofit tow bar wiring kit, it should be plug and play as it’s already coded? Is there different coding for aftermarket wiring kit (not bypass) over the factory one? I think not but thought I’d check?
Long story but the check trailer lock error keeps coming up and we are at the stage of trying a tow bar as everything checks out so removing it seems the best option. These tow bars are 2k upwards and Oris will not give me any technical data. I’ve checked the wiring, micro switches and can bus, fault codes but nothing. Continuity of cables to the module, spent days on it.

Hello, has anyone solved the repair of the trunk control unit please? After water got into the control unit, it was taken to a mechanic who repaired a few contacts and everything worked. Now the error: opening the trunk with the key worked, the button on the trunk also worked, but the button in the car only beeped. It reports error: 03821 unlocking the trunk lid. the trunk cannot be opened

hi, can someone share a flash dump of an audi a6 c6 immo iv kessy ELV? mine is corrupted and every programmers i try to read with, it save a file 256kb all FFFF
the interior fan no longer works. in no position. Gebläseendstufe "blower output stage?" - sorry for my bad english... was renewed. still doesn't work.
There is 12 volts on the fan motor. But no minus! where does the engine get its minus? is there a relay? is there an extra fuse? which program do I need for the circuit diagrams?
Exercise caution when using Kess3 for read/write on EDC16C3, as it may result in the erasure of its data in BDM mode. The eeprom is totally wiped out as well as the flash and probably the MPC data. I have no other files for comparison
Does anyone have a good readings from the ECU in question ? It is EDC16C3 from Renault Lafuna.

Looking for full BDM (MPC+Flash+Eeprom) as Kess3 wiped the data from it and I wasn't able to recover it. It is a customer car and I'm in a delicate situation now. I talked to some people they also confirmed this scenario during the backup with Kess3. As well as, I wrote to the support, but got no help. So far as I know PCMFlash does this ECU in proper way.
Hello everyone, i am having big trouble with kia stonic kefico ecu, had to remove lambda for install downpipe and now car not starting... So first of all i could not even read the ecu because i only have cloned pcmflash, so opened the ecu and did boot mode with module 53 following ecudesign pinout and boot sequence, everything ok till identification but when i try to read the flash it ask for a password that module 53 can't find so i left it like this closed the ecu and give back to customer, after this he call me and said can't start car anymore.. so here i am... right now i have again the ecu on table in boot mode and as yesterday i could not read the flash because it asks for password, but i could read the eeprom... hope someone can help me out to sort it, atleast to start it and give back to customer... thanks.. in advice..

I have been having an issue with my car not detecting my keys, I tried many things but nothing was working. The car is a 2013 535i xdrive and the only issue was the remote functions of the key were not working and also the comfort access
I read one post but I can't find it anymore that had the same issue than me and it fixed by updating the cas module so I decided to try. I downloaded ista and started the software update which had 57 update: I connected a power supply and everything was fine (except for the constant unknown terminal voltage warnings) up until it asked me to turn off the ignition and put the seat belt in the buckle
For some reason the ignition would not shut off i tried everything but the ignition stayed on so I pressed cancel and the it asked me to shut off terminal 15 for 10 sec and then turn it back on but I didn't know how do do it so I pressed ok; then the program was stuck on blue screen and again no way to shut off the ignition. At that time I had to go to work and let the battery died. I just came back and charged the battery now the screen is off and nothing happen when I press the ignition but again I can't turn off the lights rom the dash
I have no idea what to do; ista shows all the module red. The car is completely bricke
