I need your support with a Mercedes-Benz CLS 320 CDI
Model year: 08/2007, 165 kW, 224 HP
Engine: 642.920 | Transmission: 722.902
For some time now, the car has not been running properly and is in limp mode.
The following error codes appear:
DTC 2510-001: Component Y77/1 (Boost pressure actuator) reports an error
DTC 2359-001: Check "Boost pressure control system" - Boost pressure too low
The following parts have already been replaced:
Y77/1 (Boost pressure actuator) – replaced individually, then the entire turbocharger was replaced
Charge air hoses – tested for leaks, all OK
Boost pressure sensor – new
Swirl flap motor (intake manifold actuator) – new
Diesel particulate filter – new
Engine control unit (ECU) – bought a used one and cloned it
I have also checked all the wiring using the wiring diagram, testing for continuity and short circuits.
Unfortunately, none of this has solved the issue.
Has anyone experienced something similar, or can anyone provide assistance?
I would be very grateful for any help.
Thank you very much!
Hello, I there someone here who can tell me by doing and scan if my Cas has been tuned or that someone has messed with the injection timing. Car sounds if the injection is to early. It’s nails like a bag of nuts and bolts in an washing machine. I already had the head of and there was an head gasket that was to tick. Replaced it and it sounds better. Still horrible. I bought the car not running, timing with the timing belt is spot on. I have replaced the rear main seal with the crank position gear with the special tool, that one is spot on. It’s sounds like the timing is advanced. Anyone ideas or can help me to diagnose what causes this sound?

Hello everyone. Need advice. Fiat Ducato 3,0 with edc16c39 , doesnt start after some standing in yard. Diagnostics I got faults - no communication with ecu. OK. All fuses ok. I took out ECU, tryed with 3 different tools on bench - NO COMMUNICATION. Then checked ecu wiring in the car, 1-5 PINS have 12V, 28-72 pins doesnt have 12v after ignition ON.
Maybe someone had any experiences with something similar?
Hello everyone, i hope you are all doing well. Just a quick summary i recently started to get into Electric cars and want to learn more and more about them. The vehicle is in the process of being repaired. Airbags have been changed and crash data has been cleared from the module. I still have tons of faults but most of them i think are linked the the HV battery.
The HV Battery has a C11C5 F0 [00100111] - Locking After Crash Active [High-voltage system Locking after crash active].
I want to get this vehicle started first before i finish the rest of the repairs. Ideally i would like to learn and have some one show me how its done for future reference if possible. I just started to use odis a little bit i have a red vnci.
I have attached my scan from vcds below.
Appreciate if any help would pay someone for the right training/learning info on how to proceed with this.
I have a CR-V 2008 2.2 140HP EDC16 - Left hand drive. My SRS module went dead - Internal failure, so i wanted to buy a new one but couldn't find with the same part number. So i bought 77960-SWA-E231 which is from the same car, but with RIGHT hand drive. I read the EEPROM of G214, and burned it onto E231, now the car is with left hand drive, but a lot of errors are present - "No signal from front left impact sensor", " No signal from front right impact sensor" - no internal failure or something. I tested the module - E231 (right hand drive) before doing whatever to it and it worked perfectly except that it is for right hand drive. So i have two questions:
1. Is it possible just by swapping the EEPROM's information to make them left hand drive on this specific SRS module ( i did that on Honda Civic 1.8 140HP 2008 TRW module and it worked like charm)
2. I used a CH341A programmer to read the files, can anyone check if the reads are not corrupt when read or something?
