Hello friends, a question, is there a tool available for VW Multivan T6.1 2.0 TDI 150kw/204ps built 2023. Is it possible to deactivate egr with vcds/Launch/odis/Autel with coding parameter in Adaption to a high value like 33768 (older Models)? Atm I only found this Tool for read of the Ecu md1/mg1:
I have a FIAT Ducato 2023 2.2, I removed the ceramic inside of my DPF and used an emulator for 3 NOx-sensors, PM-sensor and DP-sensor since. Haven't had any major problems (deleted reappearing DTCs with my LAUNCH), but now, after 15.000km, the oil life expectancy is counting down every day by 600-900km (2-3%), even if I drive only 20kms that day. I reset the counter with my LAUNCH X431, but still the speed of counting down didn't slow down.
I understand oil life expectancy is a calculated value from a lot of factors (driven kms, DPF-regenerations, driving style(!?), ...). I checked all values in the ECM, some of them were suspicious:
Diesel Particulate Filter Soot Mass In Level 3: Yes DPF Regeneration Interruption Counter: 226 (0-255)
Has anyone had a similar experience and/or has a hint how to tackle this problem?
Hallo, Can someone confirm please if is possible to install used steering lock module or must be new (virgin) I have installed used module and programmed ID certification via Techstream but car not start-steering locked, error (live data- module not set) I can read the eeprom if someone can help to make virgin

Car come to me with no navigation. All other at command work perfect , no nav only. I start check and have fault for Error in Hard drive. In acutal values all is red - no free space , no model , HDD - Not working. I try update with latest sw - 40min , starting but at 1% stop and restart. When i cannot do update - mb say replace unit. In EPC i cant see hard drive with part number to buy it. It show only new command .
Hdd is there with two screws. Ok its not hdd its SSD drive. If i try to change it , what drive i must put there? New with same numbers or any? If i buy new for laptop will work?Second hand with same car?

Hello, recently I went to clone an med17.1 Ecm and I was told you must combine the orgional Ecm int flash and the clones orgional flash and then OBDStar will out put you a 3rd file for flashing to the int flash of the clone Ecm. However I saw on you tube when you watch the guide OBDStar posted they select the same file from the orgional Ecm both times then write the file it creates so iam confused on what it’s doing. Is it creating a new file from the 2 different files or am I doing it wrong and it’s creating it from the orgional ecm’s flash file it just has you select it twice? Iam sure it’s a dumb question but I want to make sure I don’t cause an issue with my Ecm by writing the wrong thing to it. Thanks for you help!?
Hello All, I have a client vehicle in the shop that I am trying to solve a crank no start condition.
Car came in originally no crank no start. Had and EWS fault, we bypassed the EWS with a jumper wire to give the crank command and also flashed EWS delete to the ECU.
Crank signal looks good. I have no spark. I suspect either programming is faulty,
I have bad ECU: However we have 2 units we tested with same result or,
a dirty signal from the crank sensor.
Wave form looked Okay to me but I don't have a reference wave form. If anyone could review the wave form or double check the Flash file I would appreciate it. Also any tips or pointers also welcome. Fault code EWS signal still present, not sure if the programming would remove fault code or remain and still start.
Desperately looking for someone who can help with tune on this car because mine has turbokit installed on it and I messed up the tune once I updated the ecu software with fjds now the car barely drives.
I saved the original file read with pcmflash but now that I’m trying to upload old file the car doesn’t start with it.
