Hello, I want to do a retrofit application to my vehicle. However, where can I find the necessary hardware and part codes? I want to add lane tracking, blind spot, adaptive cruise control to my vehicle. If anyone can guide me on this, I would be glad.
In order to read a R5F64525 device in a Volvo BCM with Orange5 programmer, I found the correct wiring for that BCM in Xprog-m documentation.
Back to Orange5 programmer the adaption wiring is quite simple except for 2 wirings (see attached picture):
- Clock
- Busy
If I guess OSC pinout from Orange5 is the equivalent of CLK for Xprog programmer,
I don't know what is the equivalent of BUSY pinout from X-Prog programmer on Orange5 Programmer.
i have tried some adblue percentage on dash still clocks down and getting regen incomplete, this does has SGW but fitting a bypass to it today so should be able to do resets.
if anyone can do please let me know, again im not asking for free. just someone that can make file thats been tried and tested as solution i have on at min its in limp.
Anyone know what engine oil pressure should be according to fiat?
Car came with oil pressure warning, other shop checked pressure and change both oil pressure sensors.
Checked wiring, oil pressure and it is about 4.3bar. Too much i think.
One oil pressure switch is 0.5bar and other is 2 bars. (read on another forum there is min and max oil pressure switches. From that oil pressure regulator is controling pressure. I thinking about bad oil pressure regulator. Because oil pressure is big and there is fault about that.

Hello, I replaced broken speaker in my odometer in Golf7 and I got an checksum Error B200041. I tryied to erase it by vcds but it is immposible. I obtain an eeprom file by xhorse vvdi2. Can anybody help me erase this error ?
Hello, there is my customers Toyota Proace K0 2016 which is actually a Citroën Jumpy. It cranks but not start, so I'm trying to diagnose it with my latest Launch Euro Pro 5 (its awesome). Tried with VIN, via Toyota, via Citroen and it finds only a voltage module.
Any help would be appreciated!

Hi! I’m working on my car’s ecu to remove the cat because i fitted a catless downpipe. It’s a civic type r fk2 with a med17.9.3 (same engine and ecu as the newer fk8).
I found CDKAT on 162C96 but on original file it’s already “0”. Also tried to search CDKATSP but this ecu doesn’t seem to have it.
Anyone knows a solution for de-cat this ecu? Not needed to delete second lambda. It’s still in place and working.

I have to share with you my experience with servicing in Poland.
Last November 2024 I was asked to repair a Mercedes Atego.
I found out that the cpc3 unit was defective.
I took the unit to a service center where they told me that they could not repair it.
Around Christmas, I found the company motoconnect.eu on allegro.pl
I sent him an email where I was promised a repair for 2000-2200 PLN.
I sent the unit and waited for a response.
Since the customer was already nervous, I got a second unit.
On the morning of January 14th, he wrote to me that the unit could not be repaired.
I ordered the unit from someone else.
On the evening of January 14th, he wrote to me that he could get the unit.
I refused his offer and wanted to send the unit back.
Since then, communication has been stuck.
He refused to deliver the unit to the depot where I had a route prepared.
He stopped communicating.
After a few days he sent an email asking for 50 euros to send the unit.
I sent him the money and waited.
Yesterday I received a package with a similar unit but not my original one.
And it was pretty burnt.
I strongly do not recommend this service.

This post will be a bit longer and more in depth than my last post so sorry for the long read.
Once again Looking for some help or assistance with an issue on a 2019 Ram cummins with a CM2450 I will List the info Below.
This truck is Mostly Stock with a S300 non-VGT turbo. I have successfully flashed it with EZlynk and dont have any issues with CEL, DTCs or Messages on the Dash/EVIC. It idles terribly though and after playing with it some the EZlynk ECU editor is not the greatest to deal with and has been troublesome. I'll admit i'm not the greatest with it either.
That being said I decided to build a file using HP tuners and it is idling much better but I have one code (P0472) and Dash messages that say Service Exhaust System and Service DEF system.
If I could remedy these issues I would be able to completely dial this truck in and get it back to the customer.
I'd like to talk to someone who tunes these trucks often to better understand what the process looks like and what software or program is recommended.
I have used winOLS before and from what I gather that's what most people prefer to use and I have no issue paying for a course if that would help me fix this issue and help me solve similar problems in the future. I do have some WinOLS training material but it is all for EDC15, EDC16 and EDC17 amongst other mostly European vehicles and I'm assuming the process is much different.
So My questions are
Does the learning material I Have for edc 15 -17 apply to cummins CM2350 and Cm2450 ECMs?
To be more specific, is the process for finding the maps, Locating/deleting error codes and Changing the strategies all apply directly to cummins ECMS?
Is the remap style the same?
At any rate I would need Damos for CM2450 and more possibly the specific OS which I do not have and have no idea where to get.
I've also looked into tunerpro and would need and .XDF file to interpret the .BIN file.
Killing codes on HPT has been unsuccessful no matter what I try even with cracked software, and I know this is not the correct way. I am still learning and trying different things so please don't yell at me lol.
If anyone is willing to help me out and point me in the right direction with what software would be best to learn and get familiar with it would be much appreciated.
If winOLS or tunerpro is what most people use I have no issue Buying or trading (if preferred) some EFIlive .ctz files, HPT files, Stock files or some .Bin files for a DAMOS Repository for CM2450 Cummins or .XDF files for CM2450 Cummins ECMS
Furthermore, If winOLS is what you guys recommend I am certainly willing to pay for a cummins specific course to help me understand how to find Maps, Error codes, Remapping and understanding the strategies needed to do this correctly on a cummins CM2350 and CM2450. If anyone has anything like this please let me know!
I'm not really interested in paying someone to do this for me right now only because it defeats the purpose of learning and I'm certainly going to have this issue in the future and hope be able to address it. I would like to Invest some time in learning how to use a tool or software to change strategies for DPF, EGR, VGT in hopes of clearing dash messages and Codes as well as passing an OBD2 Readiness test and do this the right way I'm just not sure what software or tool would be best and/or where to get DAMOS/.XDF files for specific ECM OS numbers.
I am fairly new to tuning so If I am going about this all wrong please tell me! Constructive Criticism is appreciated I am still learning and would love any tips or advice any of you guys have to give!
Had my DD15 deleted a while back. Just seen a post about the DEF level being manually set. Mine has been flashing 'LOW'and red this whole time. Has me wondering if the rest of delete was done correctly. Also, it advisable to increase fuel and timing on these engines? My 12.7 detroit DDEC IV is turned up 12% and gets almost 2mpg better on the same route with same weights and driver. I have proper set up for remote access.
