I own Flex but it does not support the Trionic ECU so i’ve been looking into TxSuite and seems it is used a lot to tune Saabs etc and a reliable program, so to my questions.
What CAN cables do you use and recommend?
Does it work with cheap eBay cables?
I have a 10$ gray generic BMW E90 K+Dcan cable, does it support this and is it safe to use. On my bmw cable there is a switch on the head that goes into the OBD port but i never figured what it is for.
I believe it is to choose D or K can, but there is no marking on the switch so i dont know which side is what. I’ve mainly used this cable for diagnosing with ISTA, bimmertools etc

If i plug the cable from the breakout box to mn connector the impedance falls to 18 ohm , if i dissconect the medianav the impedance remain 50 ohm , the previous version works perfect on the bench with godiag but the new generation does not work

I have a 2007 Audi Q7 3.0 TDI Quattro with a Tiptronic transmission that’s been experiencing shifting issues, particularly when the engine is hot. I recently replaced the transmission oil, but the problem persists. My next step is to try reset learned values in transmission and to adaptation drive to help the transmission relearn. However, I can’t seem to find the “Adaptation by Drive” option in ODIS.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
ODIS Service versions: I’ve used both ODIS Service 23 and 7.2, but neither shows the “Adaptation by Drive” option in the adaptation menu.
Available options: I can reset the transmission adaptation values and perform accelerator pedal learning, but no drive adaptation option is available.
Does anyone know why this option might be missing, or if there’s another way to initiate the adaptation drive? Any guidance or advice would be greatly appreciated!
I know from others that ODIS should have an “Adaptation by Drive” option, where it guides you through a procedure to perform the adaptation drive. However, I can't seem to access this option, and I’m not sure if I'm missing a setting or if there’s an issue with my setup.

Which tool can read and write this ecu after 2020. I have hexprog is says new protection reading impossible. Maybe someone have tool that can do thi. Thanks

I flashed a DDE of a E84 18d with the EDC17C06 with WINKFP.
Winkfp told me the flash was sucessfully, but after a terminal change the communication to inpa stopped.

Xentry 2023/12 wont work. Config assist saves the key, then start xentry, but I get a no access permission error message. I go back to configassist, the key changes, even though I activate it again and again.
I want to make dash eeprom of vito 2015 (metris). Can someone calculate and change mileage to 130.000. Its now if I remember 223k or 379k. Willing to pay for your effort. I read eeprom with upa st95640
Hi. We will install a towbar to a customer next week and the manual say that it needs to be coded. We work verry much with VAG and PSA cars, but not so much with MB so I dont know so much of which tool and software we should use. What is recommended for newer MB cars and LCVs?

I removed the Dpf maps with Dpf remover the car is working fine no dtc ....but earlier I read here on another thread when AC is turned on the fan not starting,what happened also in my case.
So i am kindly asking for a better solution >

Hi peeps my first ever post on here , I have a 2011 renault master 3 that requires a replacement uch, but the original unit is toast and chip is dead, New uch are on back order, so I have a good used unit but obviously I can't read the unit to pull the pin/isk, can I just immo off the Pcm ? To make it run? Or can pull the pin from elsewhere in the vehicle.....
