I'm experiencing a starting issue with my Mercedes Vito W447 116 CDI (120 kW, manual gearbox) and could really use some advice.
Issue:
The problem only occurs when the engine temperature reaches around 90°C.
When I try to start the engine at this temperature, the engine cranks for a few turns, then stops.
After a few attempts, the engine sometimes starts normally.
What I've Done So Far:
Checked the diesel injectors — no issues found.
Replaced both crankshaft and camshaft sensors.
Checked the ECU map — it’s in its original state.
Fitted a new timing chain.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Has anyone experienced something similar or have any ideas on what might be causing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I'm on a citroen 2.0 hdi DCM 3.5, first the car do not starts
I changed the injection system and did injector codes and rail pressure regulator learning now engine starts but :
The acceleration pedal do not respond.
It accelerate on fap regeneration procedure
No dtc on all ecus
Pedal acceleration diag monitoring values seems good
(The car comes from another garage engine not starting, client first issue car accelerate till 1200 rpm)
Does anyone know if a w222 s350 is tuned and has engine data enabled on dash but will max out at std engine figures . Is this normal or should it show tuned figures
Came in as add key. internet connection lost during programming, resulting in invalid p flash
took out CAS, backed up d and p flash, and then unlocked it with xhorse programmer.
write new p flash.
d flash looked fine (attached)
remote worked and could turn on ignition when holding key near antenna.
at this stage would only crank.
reflashed it with Abrites, programmed key, and it would start again. keyless works.
one fault in CAS unit: 93070d, internal control unit fault: hardware.
central locking from inside does not work anymore. everything else seems ok.
tried also with another cas with same d flash and same error.
I'm currently working with the Delphi CPC 2.4 unit and I'm in need of the complete pin layout. I managed to find a screenshot through OBDSTAR that seems to contain the relevant information, but unfortunately, the resolution is too low to properly make out the details.
If anyone has a clear and detailed pin layout for the Delphi CPC 2.4 or can point me in the right direction for obtaining one, I would greatly appreciate it.

I have issue with TUV that it cannot pass due the removed limiters at parking.
Car going to full 6k rpm
and it should be by inspector 4.2limiter on neutral/parking.
Can someone check the limiter for idle and fix it?
Pin1- ignition voltage
Pin2-manifold absolute pressure sensor low reference. This wrong in Opel tis. This is ground
Pin3- intake air temperature sensor signal
Pin4-mass air flow sensor signal
Pin5-mass air flow sensor low reference
Now you can see from the video the reading I get on pin 4 at idle.
Now I checked voltage with connector disconnected and pin 4 is 5.1v pin 5 also 5.1v
I have ground and voltage. Temperature sensor reads well. And I have no codes.
