Hey guys,

Somebody could give me a help? It's an Opel Combo from 2004.
The customer lost keys so bought ignition switch with keys from scrapyard. Changed the ignition switch and came to the workshop to program the key. We could get the pin number but can't program new keys. It says programing failed. Doesn't recognize the transponder. We tried with Launch, Autel, OBDstar and Opcom.

I also took the next steps with Opcom but no success: (pin from dash)

1. Reset ECU - Program ecu (ecu instaled)
2. Reset Immo - Program immo (immo instaled)
3. Reset IPC 
4. Reset BCM

It always says no transponder key when I want to program it. 

What could be?

My brother has MF 5465 and he wants more power to it. 
I have read that motorola ecu with ktag and have original files. Also he has 7480 ecu which works in that 5465, also which I have read for compare purposes, also I have found flash from 6480. 
Those all tractors have same turbo, injectors, pump, etc. same engine in all of those. 
Because power level of 6480 isnt enough for him. Im asking if anyone would be willing to help me with this one? 
He would like to get around 180hp or even more if possible, and revs up to 2450rpm, so it wont be so slow on longer travels. It has 40kmh gearbox.
I have tried to gather mappack for me to try to do something with this, but this goes way over my head. Cant understad most of the maps. Only rev based iq limiter is a maybe correct, but maybe not.

dimsport instruction to read the ecu by NewGenius is to use a specific cable with 6 pin connector and +12.
If i try to read with the normal obd cable with 6 pin adapter and i connect the genius to the power line, can i read in the same way?

I've got problem with DQ200 0AM in Seat Leon 1.8TSI. There was repaired TCU (car couldn't drive) and changed bearings (old clutch stayed). Car sometimes shows error P072C, basic settings is complete. Can someone help me?

It wrote 100% and i plugged it again in the car but engine wont start.

After that i plugged out and tried to read again by bench but it doesnt work. Also OBD not.

Hy i have an 2010 C4 Grand picasso 1.6 petrol 5FV  VIN: VF7UD5FV8AJ804968  The STOP lights are alwys on when ignition on, i changed 4 Brake lights switches no change checked the wiring from Backlight no broken wires everything looks clean and good. I checked livedata from engine with diagbox there are 2 brakelight signal number 1 is alwys pressed number 2 is changing state when i press brake. The brakelight switch connector have only one wire where 12v comes the second wire becomes 12 when i press the switch and the 2 other wires have no voltage. Maybe someone can give me wiring diagramm for the brake light switch and an advice where the problem can be.

There is a version of Tech Tool that worked for a long time and stably.

But now it stopped connecting to the truck.

There is not even an attempt to connect.

The adapter is fine, JPRO connects, APCI is fine and I did a reactivation. Reinstallation also did not help. I checked on 3 trucks. Maybe you have some thoughts?
