I have a Land Rover Discovery IV with a Continental Sid204 ECU. I connected it with FoxFlash in BDM/JTAG mode and successfully read the file. Now, when I try to write the extFlash, it stops at 15%. Can somebody share their experience with this?
Is there a software that will unlock the newest ECU's for flashing?
I know ODIS does this to remove the firewall, but ODIS is very slow.
VCDS does not seem to have this feature built in. Is there another software that will do this more quickly than ODIS?
I heard OBD11? Any others?

I need AdBlue off, but the problem is that the cluster has a countdown of 950 km and the Urea light is flashing.
I can't reset it as Toyota or PSA, nor do I have online access.
No dtc.
I've tried several files from well-known companies, and the warnings remain.
Has anyone had the same problem?

There two parts of story here - when your car has MPI from factory and when it does not.
When you have MPI from factory - there less pain to make upgraded/bigger injectors to work:
Configure fmsp factor(ip_fac_mff_ti_stnd_h_rng_mpi) and deadtime(ip_ti_add_dly_mpi) to have right fuel flow. Cobb/Ecutek has good articles available free - do not be lazy to search.
Disable injection duration compensation for intake temperature - one to blame - ip_ti_add_dly_temp_cor_mpi. it causes not needed pain in bottom.
Wipe out min injection time table to not overfill engine on low load/idle - ip_ti_min_mpi. It is one to blame fuel trims going nuts on idle.
From good practices - flat mpi pressure will help keep trims in control. Here KFNTBKS is your friend. In chase for higher pressure bear in mind of injection window limitation and manifold pressure compensation logic(ip_fac_ti_prs_mpi). First one may suggest use higher pressure to have less time and second one may require attention to have fuel mass corrections right.
Big mpi has two flaws - terrible idling where better stick to HPI and negative volumetric efficiency on WOT where lot of fuel replacing air causing less performance compare to HPI only or hybrid modes. That less is issue with ethanol as it is oxygenated fuel. Going deeper to that - is whole story so skip for now.
When there no MPI from factory - story is longer - hold my beer....
Skipping hardware part - it is boring and not worth time you holding my beer.....
Activate MPI fuel mass calculations - CWBKSMPI is your friend.
Activate MPI pressure sensor - hear rumors it helps quite a lot(joke from me....) address to look - ip_fup_efp
Now funny part - Simos uses logic - injection mode requestor > inhibitors > mode selection via torque or maf model depending. Too long to type here also i am lazy...
Now you have working MPI where big injectors setup - you already know what to do...
Few observations
Non flow matched 980CC is crap - unless you drive like no tomorrow. If you have money buy better injectors - ID is not bad chose - we like it as it has linear and predictable flow.
980CC has flow limit - so run only MPI is not best idea.
Drill brass fitting from HPFP to MPI rail(for MPI cars from factory) - 5 mm is fine to overcome flow limit.
Stock MPI rail has flow limit - for hardcore tunes or full E85/Methanol consider bigger flow rail.
RS3 LPFP+controler is less painful upgrade if you lazy as me.
