Hi, hello. Just wanted to ask, do you know anyone who can Help top adjust the differential ratio in the transmission control unit of a 2009 Mercedes CLC automatic?
The car previously had a differential with a 3.07 ratio. Now, a 3.27 differential is installed, and the third gear is getting stuck. IT comes from an CLC 200K i think.
The coding string for the transmission control unit would be of interest.
This is my first thread on this forum so if I posted anything wrong I would like if the moderators can move the post and not ban me.
My problem is a Renault clio IV EU version, 81kw 1.5 dci eu6 engine without adblue and it has a tuning done for more than 3 years. The problem started 8 months ago after hitting an animal in the front right and sitting for 5 months before repairing.
The problem is that the car has no trouble codes in any of the modules but when accelerating hard and under higher load the ECU makes fuelcuts. The problem in persistent and it happenes when the coolant temp is above 30 celsius. I made a few screenshots of the boost pressure, air flow, fuel flow and egr. The car had a fuel leak on the damaged low pressure line before the filter but this is now sorted and no air bubbles in the fuel line, new fiter and no leaks.
The car is also loosing a little bit of coolant like 200ml in 500km but no leaks are visible from above.
The air filter is also clean and all the pipes are intact, tested with a smoke machine. No vacuum leaks or other leaks anywhere. Fuel pressure on the rail is like it should be.
The only thinks that is not are the reference value is the air flow.
I'm don't want to shot a parts cannon at the car and changing the air flow meter or egr valve without results.
The car cuts fuel pressure over 2500 rpm and only on full throttle. It is like this the car pulls fine and when it reaches 2800 rpm the rpms goes up but it pull for second than in losses power for 0,5 second and than it pulls hard again and this repeats 2-3 times.

Can someone tell me where the ecu stores the engine information? Which chip? The ecu cannot be read due to a power supply error! Can it be read directly like the immochip?

unfortunately I have to replace my current laptop. After removing the SSD from the old laptop and installing the SSD in the new laptop, calculating, entering the new start key and starting xentry, the following error message appears: we know that you clone our system to another device to activate new system.

My guessing is, after cloning the ECUs and rearranging the connectors, this might be possible…. However, detailed pin outs and confirmed electrical compatibility with sensors / actuators is required. I.e: control line for old type HPFP vs new one (perhaps a different line or absolitelly not compatible ), TPMS from 17.2.6 to 17.2.G but perhaps software can fix it.
Any ideas or experiences? Where to find all detailed tech specs to play with this ?
After having so many damaged 17.2 and more available 17.2.G I would like to explore also considering 17.2.G seems to be more reliable on time (valvetronic, coils control and other )
