My friend has a Polo 6R with a 1,6TDI CAYB 90HP engine. The car is driving in Germany and has the Dieselgate Update. Current SW is 03L906023D 9978.
We want to make the folling modifications:
-sw downgrade with ODIS-E to 9972 or 9421 - get rid of the Dieselgate Update and remove the restriction in the manifold,
-EGR OFF
-DPF OFF
-Stage 1 (aprox. 135HP)
-CVN Fix so the car would pass the German Tüv
-EGR OK in Readiness,
-EGT map adaption so no jerking on full load (anti jerk adaption etc.)
My question is: Is it even possible to go physically back to pre Dieselgate sw and fix the CVN so that the car will be able to pass the Tüv or do we have to modify the 9978 without going back?
Can someone who has done this job before in Germany asist me with this topic? Not for free of course.

Hi, 4 Beru TPMS sensors were replaced. This is new Beru system with dashboard readings (no old smartire). What is the teaching procedure?
After mounting no sensors were detected, even after 40 km ride. I Used IM608 Autel and did reset TPMS procedure from Active test. After read of sensors using Autel TS408 TPMS Tool, the car started to read sensors one by one but only 3 sensors were teached.
Why I cant teach all 4 sensors? The car always read random 3 sensors so all are good. Pressure in all wheels is 2.4 Bar.

This is my problem.
1) 9-3 2004. 2.2d. with dead CIM (damaged eeprom). The customer brought a used CIM, ESL and KEY. The first thing I did was rewrite the eeprom from the old CIM to the donor CIM and it didn't help. The central locking doesn't work and the ignition can't be turned on. (The key has been checked and I had replaced the ESL with an emulator) I realized that the eeprom was damaged.
With the donor CIM... the central locking works from the remote control and the ignition can be turned on. It remains to pair the CIM with the PSG16.
I have an MDI and saab Tech2 on WIN7, but I can't pair the CIM with the PSG16 because it shows that the VIN numbers are incompatible. Using Opcom I managed to reset the PSG16 to VIRGIN.
What are the options for pairing the CIM with the PSG16?

To solve the first problem I decided to try using TIS2000.
I downloaded SAAB TIS2000 and installed it on the same computer as saab Tech2 with WIN7. I don't know how to connect MDI to TIS2000.
Is it possible to connect MDI1 to TIS2000 and if so how?
