Will the e36 cluster also work on bench with the classic d+kcan cable (with the switch, binmergeek) or do i need an ads interface, icom or an special cable like galetto to run it with ncs expert?
Car is 2014 BMW i3 BEV. Had internal short error. EME has been replaced using a REX EME (which looks identical to BEV) using the original motherboard, so keeping the correct ISN.
Car still does not charge. EME communicates, but still appears to be not charging. Also does not show ZC input voltage, DC voltage etc.
Car gives:
222842 - Charge management function: fault during charge procedure.
Car charges for 29 seconds (the KLE board starts charging the HV battery) then stops, charge port flashes red. Probably due to no AC power at the EME.
It looks like the EME does not initiate charging.
I was thinking that maybe reprogramming the EME with the current i-level might get it to work with the rest of the car.

Hi , i have a very strange problem with a Vw amarok 2.0L bi tdi (CSH engine) sometimes car start and run fine and sometimes its difficult to start or won’t start or cut when running , i get only one fault that is P056300 in engine ecu (system voltage too high ) other ecu dosen’t have any fault ,
When reading live values with engine off i get
14-16v on engine ecu but other ecu give me 12.6 (actual battery voltage)
I replaced both engine ecu , BCM , engine itself (dealership told me that it was injector problem), tried without alternator , always the same ! Checking relay , fuse, im lost , i don’t know what to check next …

Hi, I´m looking for anyone reputable to hire for some jobs I might have on my workshop. Sometimes I need to SCN and program some parts and Mercedes make the passthru a nighmare so if anyone has remote services to offer, shoot me a DM so I can contact you with my mercedes problems so we can work together.
I am having a fair amount of trouble trying to update the NTG4 head unit I have in my W207. It's on the 2009 firmware with unstable Bluetooth and I have wanted to get this sorted. This is my first proper post so please tell me if I have done anything wrong here or lacking detail in places!
Following the CD_INFO.CDI file I have found the 2 CFFs to flash with Vediamo, and do the following process
Place the telematics CD into the CD changer slot 1
Connect to the HU with Vediamo [can only connect at 500kbps, 125kbps will not connect or show Diagnosis on screen]
Open flash manager and select both cff files
Attempt to flash both files
I then get a warning popup saying "ECU flashing is broken off" as well as some output in the Vediamo log center.

Things I have tried:
Initiating the SES_ECU_Flash_Reprogamming_Session_physical session before programming
Using different laptops
Using different J2534 adapters (have used GoDiag GD101 and Tactrix OpenPort2)
Doing the update with and without the engine running
Changing the ExuExitInitAfterFlashing setting in the ECOUTE settings on Vediamo.
Do I need to do something fancy with a seedkey generator or similar here? Any help is much appreciated.

Good news!
I finally made this work. For the working setup I had:
- Burned the thinned iso onto a new CD-R of a generic brand
- Used a different a CD burner [an old BD drive in a Lenovo workstation as opposed to a USB CD burner] and put ImgBurn on the lowest speed
- Used a VXDIAG VCX SE in C6 mode
- Used DTS Monaco instead of Vediamo
I finally have working bluetooth without a bodged dongle in the glovebox on the MMI port. Praise be knowledge on here.

ive opened winols 2.24 and loaded my original map,then tried to drag the modified map someone done for me here. Im trying to learn and see the differences between the 2 maps,but it says unable to import file,its already modified.is this because the tuner has put NO READ on the map? i read onine to try a hexeditor to search for the NO READ,then to delete it and fill the blanks with 00/C3 etc. i tried this and saved it,but when i try to drag the resultto winols it says something about the following checksum blocks could not be identified 7BB00-7FDFB in those areas no changes chould be applied.

I have this Peugeot 5008 with a BSI issue. I bought the same part number bsi el5 cem00 and turns out it's from a Peugeot 3008.
I proceeded with reading eeprom from the Original BSI to copy it to new BSI.
But the new BSI does not even start the car. It says that the key is not detected.
Is anyone able to help ?
Hi, I'm new here, and for some time I've been trying to define maps and make simple changes. I think someone could rate my work and give me a few pieces of advice. Here's what I've done:
First, I checked other people's work and saw that ASB can generate around 580, 600, 620 Nm. I don't have a DPF, so my target torque is around 600 Nm. I changed the TQ maps to a maximum of 620 Nm using 3D modeling.
I reviewed the lambda maps, and the original values are below 1.2 lambda, so I didn't make any changes.
I extrapolated the IQ2Nm maps to 620 Nm.
There are several boost maps, so I decided to modify those by increasing values. First, I extrapolated them to 70 mg/cyc as defined in the IQ-to-Nm map. After that, I added 80–150 mbar, with maximum boost values of 1460 mbar. The AFR is around 17–17.5. I set the SVBL to 2550 mbar absolute pressure.
I extrapolated the fuel pressure map to 70 mg/cyc.
The second block with TQ and DW is the same as the first.
I didn't want to modify the temperature limiters, only adjusted the EGT limit by adding 20°C to the axis.
Lambda maps are the same as the first block.
I set the gear limiters to 620 Nm and disabled the 5th gear limiter.
I extrapolated the DOI map from 64 mg/cyc to 70 mg/cyc.
Boost maps are the same as the first block.
Rail pressure maps are the same as the first block.
I don’t have a mappack or DAMOS, so I change values that look like TQ single limiters around the TQ mapI’m struggling with calibrating SOI and EOI . I’m cautious about modifying SOI too much because of concerns about PCP. I’d like to learn how to approach this like a professional. Should I advance SOI by adding more BTDC deg and adjust the PCP limiter accordingly? Is it better to manage this by increasing fuel pressure at the common rail pump. What are the best practices for balancing injection timing and cylinder pressure?I’d be very grateful for any advice or guidance on how to approach SOI calibration confidently and safely. Thank you!

I have cic professional BMW e90 with bootloop problem (BMW Logo 10-15s, pink screen and again). Cic has no communication with k-can, most, ethernet. Removing the hard drive doesn’t change anything. I have the original icom a+ b, vvdi prog, tl866, usb to uart converter. The HU was damaged when the battery was disconnected serveral time. I have experience in CCC repairs, but cic is new for me. I have Bmw M5 F90 Lci 2021/07, bought it used, my car have fault code: 1F2C08 DME 2: nternal fault (wrong data record, slave)
I talked to previous owner of car and he told me that replaced Dme, bought it from Bmw dealer, installed it by himself not in dealer, have not coded Dme after installing it, later because of Limp mode, he scanned the car and there already was that fault, next day took car to local programmer near him, but working hours already exceeded 10 hours, impossible to change power class. As I know my car Dme's are locked to tune it, but working hours is in eeprom, maybe eeprom is not locked and it's possible to read/write eep, reset working hours to 0 and than change power class. Looking for someone professional to give me correct answers or solution and I'm ready to pay for this solution.
I bought VXDIAG NANO believing that it would work offline with GlobalTis, but I see that this is not the case.
What cheap interface could I buy for SPS offline?

Hello, I have a problem with my m57n e46 330cd, on a warm engine the temperature exceeds 87, the engine works unevenly, after disconnecting the flow meter or coolant temperature sensor it works properly, when the engine works unevenly you cannot check the corrections, they seem to be blocked (frozen), sometimes after switching off when the engine works unevenly it is hard to start, this happened several times, on a cold engine there is no such problem. There are only glow plug and fan errors. As I wrote above, after disconnecting the flow meter or coolant temperature sensor the engine works fine and reading the corrections is possible. injector corrections until reaching the operating temperature are normal.
I replaced several flow meters including new ones (bosch), the sensor and regulator on the common rail, the camshaft position sensor, the valve in the cr pump, I also replaced the washers under the injectors, the voltage regulator, I am thinking about replacing the camshaft position sensor, but I do not know if it makes sense, maybe it is the ecu. I will also add that the actual air mass is about 150 units higher than the target, checked on lunch x431, the errors are from the glow plugs (damaged module) and from the electric fan. I searched the forum for a similar topic, on other forums similar cases are unsolved. Best regards and thank you for every answer and help 😄

So if you're owner of Launch IMMO Plus/Elite device you may face some difficulties using the tool since NASTF has been introduced. Basically everything you can try to do forces you to spend 50 bucks on NASTF and after that it's still won't work as you need to have actual account in there. I have been there myself and was talking to Sales representive from launch to get this resolved, unfortunately they didn't provide clear guidance on how to restore it just said to downgrade the tool. So here you go, please find steps that need to be done to have tool working again. P.S. Updates will be available just don't update x431 software as it will brick it back.
the actual steps are here:
1. Uninstall X431 app on the tool.
2. From the tool browser go to www.x431.com and login - it will pick up serial number automatically
3. Download desired version below *_006.
4. Go to the play store and disable security shit.
5. Install downloaded apk and it should be working.
