I need help as I've been stuck on this car way too long. I have CGPro and Autel KM100. Here's the eeprom and flash I've got for the CAS3+ module. I wrote the key to key#3 and when I plug in the CAS I get a no key symbol and the ignition isn't coming on. The e64 is a 2007 and originally it came with CAS2 module. Unfortunately, I don't have any of the original CAS2 module nor the original flash due to my laptop being stolen. The ISN for the DME is 92 34 the sk for the CAS is B00A0B89E2FA09694953382C0FC596AD. I know the car is looking for EWS3 and the CAS is CAS3++ ISTAP with EWS4. I input the CAS sk B00A0B89E2FA09694953382C0FC596AD when I programmed the keys when prompted. Is that where I made the mistake as the DME has a different ISN even tho it's showing 00 00 92 34 in line 000000 and 000010 of the eeprom? The eeprom settings for this car should be ELV off and EGS ISN off and powerclass is None, I know that should correspond with the Flash right?

Hey, I have been working on this W164 2008 for several hours now for a customer. Issue is following: Old Siemens ISM has mechanical damage internally, sometimes works sometimes doesn't. New Contintetal purschased from Mercedes and has been personalised. But can not enter calibration process. Returns communication error 8.600.0 in DAS. I have searched for several hours now and found multiple threads with same problem but can't find a fix anywhere. Anyone maybe hade the same problem and solved it or has any ideas moving forward? I have Xentry Passthrough and Autel Maxisys MS909. Also recently installed Vediamo but am not wellversed with the software yet. Appreciate all answers, if anyone knows fix Teamviewer always possible

Here is a nice book explaining how to repair ECUs. It is a good starting point for beginners in ECU repair like myself, I found it useful to learn the basics. Maybe it helps someone.

Hi i tried different solutions, soot and dpf pressure is at 0, but oil ash mas continues to rise, i don't know if thats is normal, is the soot only needed to be at 0 or also oil ash mass? here is ori file if someone can make manual solution for oil ash mass not to raise too. tnx!

Hi, I bought a smart fortwo 450 citycoupe 0.7 turbo 2003 with a damaged alternator.
I bought a second one with matching numbers and after connecting and installing the problem. Charging is elegant but it does not turn on the revs - zero reaction to gas.
I located the problem. I bought an alternator with markings B+, D+, W and I had with markings B+, D+, PHIN.
I connected the wire that was on PHIN to W by mistake hence the lack of reaction to gas. For the test I cut off this wire I have charging and turning on the revs but the charging is obviously wavering due to the lack of excitation.
Hence my conjecture whether by adding my post-ac D+ through the bulb exciting the alternator I can somehow trick PHIN into thinking that everything is fine? Some kind of receiver, bulb? This is supposed to be a task vehicle around the chimney for some time so another new alternator would be a shame 😆
After try to update software of engine ecu, it only answer to diag, but does not function, other ecus does not see it, it not showing any dtcs and actual values.. Only idents.

hello, i have problem with my mazda 3 1.5 engine
Always smoke from exhaust when drive and accelerate
Dpf cleaned but after ~600km have dpf error
EGR-B have also error when drive but after some kilometers - cleaned filter between dpf and egr-b but now clogged again than means i have a lot of black smoke after dpf filter
Turbo replaced
Injectors tested - they are ok
Car have normal power, drive fine (except smoke) until get egr error
Any tips?
i have file from ecu, maybe there's a problem - i dont know is that original or not... maybe someone here have original file to compare
