When using a Toyota virgin file to virginize an immo box removed from a Toyota car what all comes into play besides the new file? I know its
1) Model type of Toyota car.
2) EEPROM part number.
But my question is does the immo box ecu come into play being must the new virgin file correspond to the ecu immo box by same box part number" i.e. 89783-****?
Or its just model of Toyota car and eeprom p/n". I ask this because there are different 89783-**** boxes for same models?
I'm trying to decide where best to spend black Friday dollars to upgrade my capabilities.. I need to know what hardware to use to connect to vehicles and use software from my computer or tablet..I'd like to have full j2534 programming and coding capabilities to replace ecm's & bcm's and component matching.
Then for software I don't know which ones to avoid or which ones work for which procedures & which models.. I'm trying not to get too much like Snap-On or Autel or anything like that because I've had it and though I wouldn't mind having access to the software, being locked into their ecosystems is inconvenient..
What do you guys recommend for all around bi-directional testing & control software ? How about for immo key programming? Must support AKL across widest variety of models.

I am struggling to find how can I actuate(test) the auxiliary battery charging relay using Xentry. Is it in the Rear SAM module? Maybe another module?
Which relay should I actuate to test it?

the car had water damage and almost all modules are replaced.
The problems at the moment are:
* front turning lights (blinkers) front side and markers on the fenders are not working. (rear is working) (new headlights with new modules installed)
* brake lights are not working (3rd brake light is permanent on when ignition is on (new brake and clutch sensor installed and learned) (BCM front Fuse box front Fusebox Engine compartment are brand new) and in the trunk is also BCM think for convertible and other components also replaced this (second hand) all fuses and connectors are cleaned out.
* convertible roof is not working (when i press button nothing happens also no warning or faults in the module).
* both front seats left and right can not move forward or backward but the backrest adjustment is working on both sides.
i brought the car to the opel dealership but i have a feeling that this guy not now so much about programming he could not fix the programming and also the second key is now also not recognised anymore i dont know what he did but both of them worked normally before he played with it.
i want to pay for this service i want to fix it as soon as possible i hope somebody in this forum can assist me or sort this out for me.
On ford transit 2011 sid208 After cloning ECU I have only this B1206 code. No crank. Checked inertia switch all is good. Power is coming to pin A9 trough inertia switch. Found on forum some threads where it happened to others but I cant find solution. Old ECU was dead due to water damage. Is there anyone with solution . Please pm me... Thank you.

I need a XML Parametrization file for Audi A6 4G air level control module. A workshop tried to calibrate the level and deleted the adaptions which resulted in deleting the parametrization and dataset. I tried to do it online with vaglogins GEKO and it didnt work (I think it was some error like failed to retrieve data or so). I also tried to use the xml generator from vaglogins to use with ODIS E which worked fine in the past but it only gave me Repairadvice xml
I can do one byte change and car will runs any km ,after car off, car will not start again. After second (again) read EEprom have corrupted eeprom.Rewrite eeeprom ,again runs any kms,car off - not start again. (30KM) ~
I think ,they changed the checksum construction between mpc and flash
Rewrite eeprom ,again good till car ign off (30km) or +- 30mins
Sgo reflash tested same
BDM reflash tested same
Full backup reflash original tested same
Eeprom immo off tested same
From different cp34 ecu writed eeprom with immo off tested same

I have this airbag ecu from a Seat Arona, with fault B2000 (Internal Fault). Also it has a lot of passive/sporadic faults which can´t be erased because of B2000.
Ecu reference is 5QF959655S. It has an Infineon TC234L-32F inside and read it with VVDI Prog.
Could somebody, please, take a look and repair file? I´m almost sure it´s file problem (maybe checksum)?
