Hello everyone,

I was attempting to do a software update with J2534 for a 2015 Hyundai.  Everything was going well, it retrieved the new calibration but while the update it gave an "error."  I do not have the ability to do a manual update so this is my first experience with an ECU issue on Hyundai.  I ordered a used ECU, neutralized the ECM with the donor Pin, neutralized the SMARTra with the current vehicle's pin, programmed a new key and it starts for a second and then cuts off with the Immobilizer light on.  SMK, keys show as programmed but storing a P1690 on the ECM.  Can anyone help with this please.  Thank you.

I need to modify the engine cooling fan settings, activation temperature, speed control, etc Can anyone guide me on how to do this?

Hi all,

Does anybody has experience with the 48V unlock solution after a discharge. I've changed the alternator for a new one and coded it.

Can some one help me with DPF solution for DCM6.2 on ssang yong, i made  adblue dpf egr and for some reason car is regenerating, on all other cars like this all was fine, here something different, somebody have some egt cheat solution or something else?

I have been flashing various maps with the help of a tuner using bitbox to my Hyundai car having the kefico CPEGD3.20.1 ECU. OBD flash clearly doesn't work and I have had my fair share of experience recovering the ECU with stock file as well. Recently though after receiving an update on bitbox I decided to try OBD flash again and as usual it failed. Now when performing recovery on bench I did a major blunder and used a tuned read file instead of Stock ORI due to similarity in the filenames. The recovery operation failed. After this I tried to recover using the ORI backup and it was successful. But the ECU has stopped responding. Ive tried recovering multiple times after this and every single time the Recovery operation on bitbox becomes successful but the ECU doesn't identify or respond and my car has currently become a vegetable. Was wondering if anyone can suggest a way forward and if theres any hope of recovering the ECU.
