Now that the weather is cooling down here in the south I'm experiencing a new issue. Anytime the ambient temperature is 20C or below my car will not stay at full operating temp of 87C, the temp will rise and the thermostat opens causing the gauge to fall to about 65C and slowly go back up to 87C, this will repeat for about 25 minutes until I've done about 0 miles on the interstate cruising at about 70-80mph.
I replaced the old thermostat with a brand new Genuine Mercedes thermostat from FCP Euro with no luck. To add new water pump, hoses, coolant from when I did the rebuild 30k miles ago.
My only theory is that by deleting the EGR I no longer have the exhaust gas transferring heat to the coolant in the EGR cooler. This still does not explain why the thermostat cant just open a little bit to allow the temps to stay stable.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello i decided to make this thread because it happened to me the other day i was doing some work and i really needed this program working now. and i realized that there are people in this forum that only seek fame and reputation and lost focus of just helping others. they even make a video and they give you a file with a password and so on forcing you to give them a thank you and reputation. when the purpose of this forum is to help us.
And i realized that the solution is very simple maths it is only about reinstalling the program but we must make sure that before the program is launched we must click on start with administrative privileges since in the installation process the program must restart your pc and if you did not give it administrative privileges it will not be able to and the installation will fail. one thing i did was uninstall everything related to gm on my pc then i installed a tlc installer from a previous version (which i already had in my download history). Then I installed the new version (as an update) and opened the software through the acdelco website and when it asked me I clicked to open the program with administrative privileges and boom everything works like a charm. Sorry to the administrators if I posted this on the wrong site.
Anyway, I'll share my old version in case anyone needs it.

Hi. I have a 2009 a4 b8 with caga engine. My ecu has a broken chip and circuit board so i have to replace it. Now i have 03L 906 022 B ecu.
Do i have to have the same number to clone this to a donor. Or can i buy example 03l 906 022 be or a or c or what. Dont understand the differences on them.

I have a 2020 GLE580 that has issue with the 48V Lithium battery. I got a new battery from Mercedes, but after installation car doesn't start. Can the new battery be coded in with DTS Monaco. Anyone know what module need to be coded.

I replaced the lowline IC with the highline IC in my Sprinter.
I used the automated coding transfer via Xentry "Commissioning of new control units" (english) / "Inbetriebnahme neuer Steuergeräte" (german) from the old IC (lowline) to new IC (highline).
After that, everything is working fine but the lcd backlight of the highline IC is set to bright instead of dark and I can barely see anything.
I probably should have done manual coding instead of the automated process by Xentry because I guess, the display of the highline IC is now set to the contrast settings of the lowline.

When I try to copy immo data to donor I have error file is 7byte and component is 12byte. It’s now a way to copy that immo ? I attach all the dump for help, I make immo off and car starts but I have safe and hazard light flashing.
Do you think I can solve the problem if I buy a new donor dash board with same spare code ?

I’m having bus issues on my 2004.5 ram 2500.
Using hptuners to flash and log.
Majority of the time I can’t get a good log, the rpm’s are erratic, rail pressure spikes etc but he truck is running normal, I’m wondering if anyone has figured a way to bypass all the other data on the sci and bus communication.
Im sure someone has figured out a way to wire in a standalone obd harness for data logging etc.
I’ve already got a 3 pin Cummins engine harness, hp tuners mpvi3, obdlinkex dongle drewlinq dieselink interface but only the hptuners unit works to flash a tune, I’ve only been able to get it to log a clean file once or twice within the past few months. I would really like to be able to send my tuner a clean log so he can dial it in
