Unfortunately I broke a connector of a coolant hose, see the attached picture. I tried to identify the marked hose on the picture in PET but it seems there is no part number for this short pipe, only the whole return line has a part number, see the other attachement. The marked line easily disonnected, right side with a quick connect, left side with a metal spring clamp. I think it should be a field replaceable item. Please help me to identify the marked hose, corresponding Touareg or Q7 part is ok as well. Thank you.

Hello, has anyone done a gearbox swap from semi-automatic to manual in this car? Despite changing the configuration in bsm, the car still won't start, no starter control. After manually applying power to the starter coil, the car works normally. I would be grateful for any advice

This car original ECU was stolen, so i ordered online another ecu full set with key.
Unfortunately they sent me different part number which is not compatible with my car.
My car is using vacuum actuators but the ecu installed demands electric actuators.
Current problem the car is not responding to gas pedal, it just start and stuck on iddle.
I have P1189 code which directs me to M55 inlet shutoff motor which is not in my car.
So i suspect this fault is what causing gas pedal not to respond because flaps are not oppening to allow air intake.

think i may have bricked an ECM using MMC flash any change of recovering?
so got an denso 1J500 59051 ecm (hybrid type)
needed the DPF delete doing, managed to get a patch file from here
after loading the file on it started and ran fine, noticed the accel pedal wasnt working,
so uploaded the old file and again it ran fine
after switching the vehicle off it never started again
now getting error on dash SPN 628 FMI 2 ( which is usually a software fault)
played around with MMC flash even took another file from the same model truck and uploaded that, still same issuse
the only thing ive noticed while using MMC flasher is
the original file that came off was 1,536kb and the dpf delete was 1,024kb
now when on MMC flash for this ECM it gives you 3 options
SH7055+S93A56(512KB)
SH7058+S93C48(1024KB)
SH7059+S93C86(1536KB)
and a 4th im assuming auto detect (SH70XX(512K/1024K/1536K)
so to put the old file back on i have to select the SH7059 and for the dpf delete i have to use the SH058 other wise when opening the file upload it i get an error saying "file must be 10000bytes"
so i try the 4th option (auto detect) when i read it always kicks out a file size of 1,024kb despite uplaoding the 1,536kb file
so i thought id try to upload using the 4th option and it kicks out the error code

its as if the both files are still on the ecm somehow and it always reads the smaller file 1st
is the ECM bricked? or can i pull this back somehow?

I’m having nightmare with my wife car, bcm2 was damaged after recovery guy tried to jump start it(probably spiked bcm2).
I tried to read data with vvdi prog, all I was able to get a data2, spend 2 days getting data1 but no joy, all I have data2. Is it possible to clone to other unit with same part and hw sw numbers? Just using data2? Make like immo off or something?
