I could use some help with my problem. I am changing my W639 Vito EGS53 with another one (suspecting old one is broken, does not recognise gears in cold conditions).
With old EGS i looked all necessary codes required from developers section with star, but i could not find these "DL_ID_ECU_Boot_Fingerprint" sections:
It asks for "Modulanzahl", "Aktiver logischer block" and "Toolhersteller-identifikation". You can see in picture also.
I looked up in car ECU from developers section, but i could not find it, i dont understand German language that well.
New EGS recognises gears ok, but only problem is that it cant communicate with ECU, and i think its because of these missing information.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, i will need this car in few months when our third child will born!

I need some help trying to copy changes from the DPF, EGR, SCR, Throttle flap delete to my stock file. all of my software is expired or not working to copy changes any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a bmw x5m f85 and i rebuilt the engine (forged), after that, the engine has an idle issue, also when accelerating very slow, it’s kind of misfire, but nothing show up as a misfire, even in the misfire counter, the only issue i see is that all knock sensors shows high voltages between 8v to 16/17v.
The main concern is that when i connect to the DME with ista (also with x-431, carly, mhd) the DME 1 lose connection after 20 seconds of ignition on or engine on and i have to turn it off and turn it back on and works again for another 20 seconds and so, it doesn’t do that for the slave DME (DME 2).
Presuming it is related to a DME issue i cloned each other between themselves and swapped them and the problem still persist on the DME 1, not moving to DME 2.
Could you, please help me? I’m really struggling to find the problem since weeks now.
I have annoying problem with two G-Class W463 2012 mod from Japan which I try to change the SW to EU. Both has same type of hardware.
Using Vediamo and C4, but when I start flashing the new software, HU45 restart in "DIAGNOSIS", shows "Parsing ....." and after that "download 0/181,327,660" and it stays for exactly 1:57s like this. After that Vediamo gives error message and radio restarts in "diagnosis" again.
The hardware on both cars is 4639011200-002

I tried with different DVD discs, same problem. When I get this error, then need to restore the japaneese software to make radio work again. Flashing Japan software goes OK without errors.
Does anyone had this problem before ? Any help is more then welcome !

Checked data no ficm sync checked belt brand new
Checked timing perfect
Has had full cam thinking lobes may of spun
Engine turns over at 280 rpm at crack still no sync
Checked this timing over and over absolutely positive it’s timed perfectly
Any ideas guys
