Hello guys, I have a problem with an E Class W212 with OM642 ECU (CR6EU5) There is an entry in the error memory "This function is not supported by the control unit. (14A300) the test says error can be ignored but it goes to the mil. Apparently the temperature sensors are affected. They always show 49 degrees. Can the error be coded out?
As you probably know there is a hidden menu on the dashboard of the W211 which can be used to check oil level, service intervals, disable ESP.
1. On some cars this menu is accessed by pressing the odometer reset button 3 times.
2. On others the menu is accessed by holding the button for 25 seconds.
How can this be changed ?
Is there a possibility by coding from the second option to become the first ?

end of the story the customer took the car out of the workshop without doing the work.
I sent emails to him to give me the money back since he didn't do the work.
He didn't respond to any email.

Been trying to get this 06-13 BCM wired up on the bench and I have the HS CAN working no problems and I can read the immobiliser and IPC I have connected on the low speed bus but for the life of me I cannot work out how to access the low speed bus on the BCM.
Always says no communication so it must need a kick somewhere to wake up but I think I have tried everything and before anyone asks I have 2 x BCM's and both work in the car so I know it's not a faulty BCM

I have a problem with 2018 w213 e220d rear blind spot radar sensor.
The car was in an accident. New bumper and used radar sensor that a workshop matchet with vin.
The car won’t calibrate radar sensor left rear.
Have checked mounting, swapped radar to other side, problem follow radar.
Fault code: C110178. The radar sensor 1 has malfunction. The adaption or adjustment is incorrect.
Hi, I have a talent in the workshop with a message on the dashboard to refuel adblue within 2400km. No errors in the control unit and Adblue tank full. Usually when this happens (and it happens often) I reprogram the engine control unit with witech2 and the message disappears. this time however the witech flash doesn't start. I don't want to turn adblue off, I just want to do a reset because the system works and has no faults. I imagine the problem is to be found in the eeprom. Can anyone help? I did a witech flash last week on another van and I had in mind to read the ECU before and after the fiat flash to see what changes but due to lack of time I didn't do it and now I'm on the ropes...
I recently purchased a CarProg Clone (version 13.77) from AliExpress to program the MC68HC908AZ60 chip in my Audi TT Mk1 dashboard, which I had to replace. Unfortunately, I'm encountering an issue: whenever I attempt to read, write, or erase the MC68HC908AZ60, I receive an error stating, "MCU not detected."
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Resoldered the Adapter: The cable colors were incorrect, so I resoldered the adapter to match the correct wiring.
- Built a Test Adapter: I constructed a test adapter that has successfully passed all tests.
- Tried Different Software Versions: I’ve tested multiple CarProg desktop versions on both Windows XP and Windows 10. The only thing that happened after that was that on some versions it asks me for a password but will still lead me to the page to read the MCU.
- The ICs on the PCB are already HCT125M instead of HCT125D. Should I still replace them ?
Despite these efforts, the problem persists. I’ve read about potential rework solutions, but visually, my unit seems like a better version and fine. I assume that if there were an issue with the components, the tests would fail outright. Am I missing something?

I cant get my head around tuning my old files to new chassis... Old was w210 om613.. New chassis is w211 om648 whit longer gear ratio.
I cant get my tunings to work..
i got 2 tunes..
Tune file named Higer press was good whit manual modes whit no upshift when rev limiter but was little bit too fast to downshift in to lower gear when braking.. in Cruise it keep rpm over 2400.... in this file i cant get it to work when changing gear ratio. The ecu wont response when i change eany setups.
Tune file named Lower press is good and more daily but same thing.. When i change gear ratio i cant get to work whit my car.

this is all modes unlocked but file is orginal.
I cant tune engine whit this orginal gearbox tune.. cant drift when it will upshift by its own...

old gear ratio rear axle is 2.65
New that i try change is 2.47

If anyone is interested, it works for both reading and writing eeprom, although it is difficult to make a good connection, it works 5 times out of 10 with adapter clips.
