I have problem with Mercedes A180 W169 AIRBAG module, DTCs:

9058 - coding faulty for S100 
9023 - component faulty B48 (seat occupancy sensor) - short


I tried 2 emulators:

Julie emulator
another W169 seat occupancy emulator

not worked

need to dtc off correctly 

ecu picture and dump is attached

EPPROM is 95320

Hello! This is Sergio Lemos,
I do auto electric repair service in Florida, Fort Myers in many different shops when they need it!
I service Hardware diagnostic & Troubleshooting as well as software programing/coding.
I am now trying to fix 2011 BMW 328i E90 with DME replacement and it is being a tough cookie!
I am using BMW stand tools winkfp but it is asking for 05MSV80.IPO file that I couldn’t find online. 
It has ZUSB 8619588 and hardware# 8613002. Does anyone know how to get around this issue?
I’d really appreciate it!

Hi everybody,
Im a quite new member. I have a big problem. I build a A4 B5 with original AJM Engine (5 Gear). I built in a AVF Engine with (6 Gear). I can’t run the EDC15 from the AVF. Is someone able to optimize my original AJM File for me. I need a stage 1 with egr off from an avf 131ps on a control unit of a AJM 115Ps. Thanks a lot for helping. I put the original reads in the file.

fiat ducato 2.3 2014-2019 - ENIGNE ECU: Magnetti Marelli MDJ9DF

i read bcml7 95640 eeprom, dump is attached

i have 2 original keys, but bcm has 1 DTC: U042631 - error minicrypt - no signal

need to extract pin from this dump to rematch ori keys

also i need virgin to try 

if anyone have another solution for this dtc, please tell me

car start only one time after battery disconnect and doesn't stop with key, after stopping engine, no more start again and immo light on dashboard on

Hey guys, I’m dealing with a bit of a headache here and could use some help. I have a PCR 2.1 1.6 TDI CAYC and I’m unable to either insert or extract the flash from the unit. The only thing that works is reading the EEPROM, but it seems incomplete (only 8KB). I’ve tried using KESS both through OBD and on the bench with no success.
The unit has been unlocked using KTAG, and MPPS shows it as unlocked as well, but I’m still stuck. The car won't start, and I’m wondering if anyone here has encountered this issue or knows how to fix it.
Anyone have any ideas on how I can recover the unit or get the flash back? Your insights would be much appreciated!

The challenge is i have the following fault,
And am not able to reset adblue.
So on dash still have warning of adblue remaining 4km.

Can someone help me to fix this

Hi guys,

I have a Seat Exeo 2.0TDI 143bhp with CAGA engine. I put in a CAHA 170bhp turbo into the car and got a stage 1 map. I asked the tuner to tune it for the 170 turbo but I'm 90% sure he used a file service and I have a Stage 1 for a 143bhp. My friend who has a Seat Exeo 2.0TDI 143bhp as well with the CAGA engine got a stage 1 map off the same tuner too and he does NOT have a 170 turbo and we have the exact same speed when we tested racing. I have attached the map i pulled off my ECU using Ktag.

Can somebody look at this map and tell me if it is a stage 1 for the 143bhp turbo. Your help is really appreciated, thanks.

Hi all

Got a trouble to remove immo on DDE4 from Land Rover.

Already done on bmw dde4 (see attached file, working ok)

But got trouble on this freelander.

If i apply immo off, fan go crazy and no start.
Try many method but can't find what's wrong.

Key have no chip, did the EWS need to be removed ?

Can someone check my files and tell me what switch i missed ?

Checksum corrected with WINOLS,still same
Flex software say checksum is ok, tried to add EGR OFF to force flex to correct the checksum, but still same
