Hi everyone:
So l have a Ford F150 XLT 2013. I am trying to install a new OCS Module on it, but I can't seem to make it work.
I have forscan and when I run DTCs with the old OCSM I get a DTC from the RCM of "Incorrect component installed" when I run a self test on the OCSM I do not get any codes, however, when I try to calibrate it, it doesn't let me and it says the service procedure was interrupted.
I tried rewriting as-built data onto the RCM but I get the same error of "service procedure interrupted". The OCSM engineering number is BL34-19G275-AA on the installed (faulty?) OCSM.
When I install the new OCSM, and I run DTCs I get a code on the OCS "missing calibration data" but when I try to calibrate it (reset it) | get the same message of service interrupted. When I try to rewrite as built data onto the RCM, I get the same message that the service was interrupted. The engineering number on the new OCSM is AG13-19G275-AB. Not sure if the slight difference on the number could be the issue?
Summarizing:
Old OCSM: DTC on the RCM of incorrect component installed New OCSM: DTC on the RCM of incorrect component installed. DTC on the OCS of missing calibration.
I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. If anyone could help please. Appreciate it

I am a beginner at editing firmware for a diesel engine. I am faced with the problem of calculating the rail pressure taking into account the correct injection and SOI EOI. I understand that higher pressure leads to shorter fuel injection time, and earlier EOI. But I don't understand how to map rail pressure to duration. For example I want to increase the maximum fuel pressure from 1800 bar to 2000 bar. Who can help me with the formulas to correctly calculate the pressure increase to keep the correct amount of fuel?

Hi, 

I tried to remove pedestrian protection from BMW F13 with this procedure (I've done it several times):

1. change FA (remove 8TF from FA)
2. code ASCM 
3. disconect all sensors and actuators (piro, lock, front sensor)
4. erase all dtc

everytime this procedure works fine till now. After that I don´t see message on kombi about pedestrien protection but only airbag message with these DTCs:

930B11 - Pedestrian protection Sensor (optical Fibre): Coding Data does not Match Equipment
930BD2 - Right-Hand Pedestrian Protection Sensor:  Coding Data does not Match Equipment

Where can be the problem, What I should have to do to remove these errors?

and now can't read password with my tool cg fc200.

HI,
   I have tried flashing a file that I have edited in winols back to the car. It wrote Both sections the first time but now when I go to start the fuel pump primes like 3 or 5 times the Mil light and immo light flash at the same time and I have p0605 and another code as well and no start. Tried flashing back the original read but it will only write the first section now. It gets to the security part of section 2 and fails. I'm using PCM flash 1.20 with sm2clone( thinking that's my problem)? Maybe should have used gm mdi j2534 instead. So any suggestions on how to dump the original read  back. I have ktag Fazooley eu 7.20 k suite 2.25 gm mdi alexflash pcm flash autel im508 with all the extras and active subscription. Gscan 2 not activated but will pay to get it active if it still has gds?
Any ideas. I'll post a copy of both files original and edited

Hi All,

Does anyone on here have the ECU pinout for VDO MSE (yellow sockets )ECU? the number on ECU is 017 545 26 32 [08]. I am particularly interested in the K-Line pins and designation. A diagram of the entire pinout would be helpful. Currently I only have the 12V from battery and Ignition, ground and Can H&L pins. Please help.

It doesn’t have front cd player but it has one on the back, he can play cd but he can’t change a tracks from front idrive, it is possible to change tracks in cd from rear screen but he wants to be able to do it from front idrive or buttons on front console,

when you go to rear entertainment on idrive, choose cd, then rear screen opens and music is playing but there is no option to change tracks from front

is it something what is possible to code, if Sonia there anyone who can donor, off course not for free

I have a w204 with a sliding roof in which someone previously replaced the SAMF module from a car that did not have a sliding roof.
The interior lighting on the ceiling is not working for me now. In CGW I added sliding roof coding but the lighting still doesn't work.
Does anyone know what other encoding to change? Or share the coding SAMF and CGW from a car with a sliding roof for comparison?
