Hi. Got audi with 48v Battery that was critically discharged due to Alternator fail. Battery refuse to close contactor in Odis due to too low SOC. We have swapped an M57 engine (160 kW / 218 hp) from a 2005 BMW 530d into a Patrol Y61 and need assistance with the final tuning. Here's the issue:
We are encountering the 3F25 "Charge Air Tube Monitoring" error, which triggers limp mode. The problem is easily reproducible: when applying full throttle in neutral, the car quickly enters limp mode. Upon reviewing the logs, we noticed that the boost request is significantly higher than what the turbo delivers.
Although the intercooler is original, the tubes have been replaced. We performed a sealing test and found no leaks. The car runs perfectly otherwise. My request:
I would like to remove the limp mode triggered by the 3F25 error and/or disable all other limp modes. Details about the setup:
Engine: Stock M57
Transmission: Manual (from the Patrol)
DPF: Removed
EGR: Removed
MAF: Not present
Gear sensor: Not present
Speed sensor: Not present
The ECU is DDE7798422 / 281012190 (EDC16C31).

I don't have Abrites. Only Keytool plus. If i upload engine ecu flash and eeprom and ssid of key can someone generate a Eis file that i can write to virgin donor eis?
I have installed a Tiguan CT1 R-line steering wheel in my AD1 because I wanted a heated steering wheel but didn't want the haptic buttons. I have changed the wiring in the airbag connector to match the AD1 models, so far so good.
The CT1 steering wheel has both CAN and LIN, and since the AD1 does not have CAN from the steering wheel to the slip ring, CAN-H and CAN-L are just not connected.
The status is that the steering wheel heating button does not work (but I can turn it on from the climate control, which I can live with. That call is also a CAN call from the steering wheel to the control, is that correct?)
Everything else works on the steering wheel, i.e., lights, volume, gear up/down - mode select, horn, airbag.
But when I want to activate my ACC, the car says ACC error and will not activate it, even though it registers that I press the button. I have coded the steering wheel with the same coding as the old steering wheel.
When I do a scan, there is a data bus error between the steering wheel and the engine control, and it reports an error on the Cruise Control Switch (E45).

Hi, reacently bouhgth vvdi keytool plus, without mb/bmw license(have bmw cgdi and vvdi2 full version so good on bmw). Now thinking is better to get vvdi mb license or to buy cgdi mb? Cgdi mb offer 1 token lifetime. But now reading if using xhorse key vvdi gets you 200 points=1token. Is that right? Would be like free calculation as well? Or am i missing something?
