I am Olivier from France. I am currently restoring a S4 B8. I bought it non-running after a theft recovery. I have found many parts for the reassembly. The engine and transmission were changed by the previous owner; the engine is fine with the correct VIN, but the DL501 gen1 transmission is not functional because the differential was damaged, and the VIN is different. I found a gen2 transmission that I installed, but the VIN is obviously not correct.
I need advice and help as I am a novice.
I have VCDS and ODIS V23S and V17E. Is it possible to register the VIN number or perform an IMMO OFF with ODIS?
I attempted to reset the WFS (immobilizer), but it asks for the DMS-BB account, which I don't have, and I doubt it will work.

So got this car in with following faults :
18BC00
18D300
16D300
no other relevant faults are in either CDI or SCR ECU.
when going for diagnosing the fault xentry calls for following which also has been done :
check AdBlue system for leaks while pressurized
removal of AdBlue Injector and clean with warm water and check quantity
check exhaust system for leaks
check temp sensor catalyst and temp sensor dpf (B16/15 and B19/9)
all checks have been performed and didnt show any sign of obvious fault. the adblue quantity was slightly higher than specified by xentry (max was 33mL, we had 35mL but i will perform this test again to make sure) other than that the only noteworthy sign is that the temp sensor for the scr catalyst has a weird behavior: when viewing live data from SCR ECU the Temperature before the Catalyst shows a good value, but every couple seconds the value jumps to -0,04C for a fraction then returns to normal. This behavior is not present when viewing the same live data from the Engine ECU.
I will probably replace the temp sensor B16/15 first and see if the weird issue disappears, other than that the car doesnt really give me any useful clues... anyone ever came across a similar issue ? any help would be appreciated.

I have a nissan qashqai thats a no crank no start at the moment. Car is brought in by anwb service truck because of a flat battery and after replacement no start anymore. Now i have the immo Light on and the following faults stored in the ecu, p1610, p1614 and p062f.
Can somebody help me with a full bdm file so i can readapt the ecu and relearn the injectors and immo sync.?

Hello I changed the DEF pump on my bluetc OM651 due to pressure sensor on the unit and now I’m gettin multiple codes. I’m using Xentry.

I just installed Xentry 24.9.3 XPT on Windows 11 x64.
I got three times three different StartKeyes but non of them works. Always info that the key is wrong.
I am wondering is it problem that I have Windows 11?
I'd need a working solution for switching off immobilizer functions in an EDC16C1 due to further usage of the complete engine in an offroad vehicle.

I've GLC 300 from USA. Lights were converted to EU.
I added missing cables and trying to make coding.
I changed:
1. OLC Blinker write
PLSM_HW_FRA_HL and HR to enable
2. OLC Blinker HW write
Freigabe_FRA hinten links and rechts to enable
And I wanted to disable the stop light but I'm not having parameter called PLSM_BSL auf... Also when changing above settings, the lamps are not working correctly.
Can you please help?
