Hi, I am really struggling to get to the bottom of a 2021 Vauxhall Vivaro (rebranded Peugeot Expert) with the 1.5 BlueHDI Peugeot engine and under 40,000 miles.
We bought the van to resell and it had no apparent fault. We sold the van 6/7 weeks later (including oil change 0w20 which we later changed) and within an hour the DPF light was on and DPF full fault. We done a forced regen/ clear codes and checked pressures okay, assuming the various movements around auction house/ with us here had sooted it up. This lasted a few days and again the light came on. We done a foam clean and seemed to be okay. A few more days and light came back on.
So the issue; Upon test driving with live data we can see the closed loop soot building up too quickly, literally 20miles and its at point of regeneration (approx 7-10g/L on closed loop).
- No fault light nor fault code.
- On live data we could see the average distance between last 10 regeneration was around 1100km (680 miles) so looks like a new issue.
- We done the usual tests of differential sensor, sensor pipes clear and other readings appear okay.
Assuming too much soot being created we have since then done various things and still have this same issue of constant regeneration;
- Turbo replaced after suspecting too much oil in pipework and play in shaft (was borderline) done a foam DPF clean and retried afterwards)
- DPF ultrasonically cleaned (DPF later replaced anyway)
- Changed oil to Vauxhall recommended 5w30 mid saps
- Tested injectors- okay
- Software updated (by auto electrician who has access not Vauxhall)
- EGR checked- clean
- Replaced suspect DPF (pressures now lower after regeneration but still same issue)
- Removed rear exhaust silencer as suspected restriction
We now have ran out of ideas (and money!!), does anyone have any suggestions or experience with this?

I would like if someone could help me with an eeprom dump for dashboard from Corsa C. The IPC models are: VDO 110008988029, 13173350 WD.
I would like to try to write another dump and then try to reset the clocks again and reprogram them.
My problem is that I changed the ECU, I reset and reprogrammed the BCM, IMMO, ECU and at the IPC after the reset, which says that it was successful, I can no longer reprogram them, if I try to reprogram, of course with the car's pin code, the message "Failed" appears . I can't program the IPC anymore and of course I have codes P1615 and P1616.
If I can see the pin it shows FFFF. I would like to try another dump to reset again.
I found the firmware 1.39 for the op-com (I understood that only this is compatible with these IPC) and I want to resume the operation from the beginning with all the modules. Thank you!

From vin, these modules parts are suitable: 4H0907064JH and 4H0907064GB
It is possible to adapt used one without any data from the old one? Or only new and adapting online?
I have autel im, vvdi2, vvdi prog, smok uhds.

I have replaced the injectors of my Peugeot 3008 1.5 diesel and i am trying to program them to the ecu , currently i have the actia x2 interface and program but there is no such option.
Does anyone know if i can program them with diagbox and if i can get diabox work with my X2 actia passthru?
hi i have a problem with dpf off in this ecu delco e98 disconnected all sensors from dpf pressure and temp sensors no dtc no diag no regeneration but after 500 km off driving the message shows for dpf full in instrument cluster with no dtc on diag tested 2 solutinons from different softwares and dont work
some one can help pls
also i reset the dpf with launch diag before writing and the soot is 70%

When the ignition is ON and engine is NOT running that the speed is OK, all wheels showing good speed
But when i turn ON engine also then front left speed sensor shows always 0 kmh, rest of them are OK
