Might come in handy for some people this installer does the patches and everything as it installs so the only thing you need to do is import the certificate and password which is all there in the DPS folder once installed including the type4 dll files and utilities for setting the date back so the certificate never expires.
Readme.txt file is in the DPS folder once installed to explain everything.

Anyone in the HD industry (Trucking) is, by now, familiar with CA extreme rules on how to curb emissions. Now also HD trucks are subject to inspection twice a year; if you want to do business in CA, otherwise stay the heck away, which most will do, including myself, eventually. But until then I would like to play around with that testing and submission software which is regulated and certified by CARB themselves. Before I pay a certified tester or become one myself (everyone can do it) I'd like to know what kind of values it is looking for and if I can 'nudge' them or if it passes or fails.
