Hello, I would like to replace the broken ECU with a used one. What does the process of adapting the new ecu look like? I have vcds and odis offline.
I have also ORI file from bricked ECU. Read by OBD.
hey, maybe someone can take a look at the file, it was made by a tuner i don't know. in my opinion my friend paid way too much for this tuning and in my opinion it doesn't even correspond to a stage 1.
Does someone have wiring diagrams for my Car?
Ford Kuga 2.0 Diesel (163hp) 2011
VIN: WF0RXXGCDRBE64404
I need to fix the folowing:
Quote:DTCs in PCM: P1632:13-28
DTCs in ABS: B1318-A0
DTCs in EPS: U261B-20
DTCs in IC: U1900-20
DTCs in PDM: B2089-60
DTCs in DFDM: B2089-60
DTCs in EATC: B1251-20
I have been asked to diagnose a non starter Audi. There are loads of lights on the dash, and it won't crank.
I get no communication with the ECU via the OBD port, but lots of no communication issues with modules.
I had 120ohms when the ignition was on, between H/L at OBD, and 60ohms with ignition off. But my CAN-H read 2.4V, the same as CAN-L read.
When accessing the ECU under the scuttle panel it had a poor repair on one of the CANBUS networks. Is this enough to cause the communication issues on the BUS? See image.
I intend to replace the poor repair on the CANBUS near the ECU, if this is potentially an issue.
I haven't had an oscilloscope connected to see the waveforms.
I'm looking for any advice about what could be causing the issues. Only some modules healthy on the BUS.
hi everyone does anyone have this dum for passat 1.6 ecu simos 3.4 3B0906018L i read it with kt200 in boot now ecu doesnt have comms only in boot i think data is corrupted thanks to all that helped
Hi guys, Please kindly help me clone or transfer the immo data for this Caddy PCR2.1 ECU I recently bought "the Immo Calculator for VAG cars" and frankly I'm still a newbee in this immo stuff. I tried to use it for this task, and apparently, I'm doing something wrong because the new ECU doesn't start the car. No DTC on immo or engine though. Also for the "MCU ID". I'm not sure to know what's its implication in the cloning process. What's that "Auto Swap" for? MCU ID for the original ECU is: 4104848606209dce8216001027f7f400 MCU ID for the new ECU is: 41040787112031a28216001027fded00
What I did in my immo transfer attempt was to load the flash and eeprom of the original ECU and export immo data (no MCU ID used here), then I loaded the flash and eeprom of the new ECU and imported the previous immo data (still no MCU ID used here) and then exported the EEPROM and the app suggested to export the flash too. The flash was binary the same as the file already in the ECU. So I wrote the exported EEPROM only back to the new ECU. The car didn't start.
If someone please kindly explain to me the use of the button "enter MCU id".

Hi everyone, i am having a little problem getting Xentry up and running, looking for some directions, here is what i have done so far:
* I installed Xentry 22.6.3
* I installed Full Fix 18.03.23 Spezial by komotini1
* Startkey unrecognized
* Uninstall Full Fix by komotini1
* Install Full Fix by Sam!k
* Startkey recognized but when i try to open Xentry diagnosis cars it just does nothing, same thing with truck diagnosis.
I followed sam!k youtube video during the installation step by step, do you think i should uninstall everything and start anew? or is there something else worth taking a look on?
Thanks again and i appreciate very much the work people here do and what it does to the independent automotive repair industry, cheers .
Hey, Wonder if someone had similar issue before.
MD1CS003 PSA no comms in the car, but bench can read and write.
Bought 2nd hand ECU, same Numbers.
Wrote original backup, eeprom and flash to New ECU with immo off by MCUID.
Car starts and runs, but no Turbo working, and I get wastegate solenoid open circuit DTC.
From my understanding, there are diferent turbo solenoid in the same engine?
Its a Peugeot 5008 1.5HDi 2019
Donor ECU, same Number, but from a Citroen Elysee.
But I used original backup on new ECU, because Elysee was manual, and the 5008 auto.
Is there anyway to fix this?
Thanks to all.
Hello, I am posting here in the hopes that someone might have a clue or might point me in the right direction.
The car in question is a 2011 Nissan Qashqai J10 1.5dci Euro 5 K9K engine.
The car was running fine, was on a test drive, and it just died on me and refused to start.
Whenever I crank the engine i get aroun 100-180bar of pressure in the ramp, car (sometimes) starts for a brief second and it dies, due to the fuel pressure dropping all of a sudden.
I have changed the fuel pressure regulator, the fuel pressure solenoid (that is also called a fuel pressure regulator on some places), the fuel pressure sensor, the ECU, the high fuel pressure pump, checked the timing and everything and still wont start.
I have checked the wiring and it is all ok, no bad ground that I could find.
But here it gets interesting
The fuel solenoid, that sits in the high pressure fuel pump, normaly "vibrates" as it quickly opens and closes due to the pulses sent by the ECU. Well mine doesn't as long as the normal fuel pressure regulator is plugged in. If I unplug it the solenoid works as intended, and when I plug the regulator back in it baerly "vibrates". They share a common 12V+, as the ECU uses ground to oscillate the pulses.
How do I know that they dont work as intended? I have a spare Qashqai, same engine, that runs perfectly, and the solenoid oscillates perfectly with or without the regulator plugged in.
What I have done was to solenoid GROUND and it did indeed start the car, and the fuel pressure that was being read out was fine, a constant 300 bars at idle, but with GROUND straight from the battery the solenoid stays fully open all the time and it begins to overhead and also it throws some error codes ( P0001-72 Fuel Flow Regulator Circuit 2.DEF, P0087-1C Fuel Rail Pressure 1.DEF, and some other codes that I can provide if it helps).
I have check everything, I have reset the values of the regulator both with a Launch and a Delphie Clone and still nothing.
Ah also, I have tried cranking the engine with a lot of unplugged sensores and actuators (MAF, Turbo actuator, Intake Flape, All Injectors, etc.) and it didn't help my electrical issue with the solenoid.
I really need some help here, any advice is welcome, thanks.
Hello. Maybe someone has a decision to make the right run in the Bosch EDC17C69 control unit. Car Jeep Renegade Bu 2016. Original mileage 277377 km, a new mileage needs to be put 203294 km
Hello!
I need help with change mileage in EDC17C50
current mileage is 293000km
dpf regenerations
293568.362
293983.853
295373.651
295345.577
294474.233
I made dpf off on this car 3000km before. Now the car here again with blinking check engine light without fault codes. I check dpf values with diag tool. Soot : 25 g, diferential pressure 0-40 mb at idle. After this i clean the pressure sensor but its same . So i disconnect the pipes from the sensor and i blanked the 2 pipes. Now the diferential pressure around 1-3 mb. ( the particle filter is full emty) . I reset dpf values and clear fault codes in eobd mode. Now the check engin light not flashing.
The question : Can cause high diferential pressure value blinking check engine light with dpf off or solution problem?
Hello, all chinese autocom single pcb devices even if they are a++ devices etc. , dont have flight recorder working, also many users report problems with connections or the connections are slow on newer or non existent in older cars(kkl ones) and some trucks, in order to fix flight recorder you need to rework some traces in the pcb and replace fake(its just plastic with legs) can transceiver ic, the rework is visible on this image:
after reworking the traces as they are in the image solder a original tja105t,ata6051,or tja1057t and flight recorder will start working properly, also it is advicedto replace the other 2 can transceivers that are on the board and the can filters with epcos ones (the part in the picture black square with number 701 written on it)to ensure good comms with vehicles that use canbus.
As for the kkl vehicles you need to modify some traces in the pcb and replace the two fake or clones si9241a chip with some good ones. they are very hard to find but i managed to get two good ones from aliexpess, even tho im 99% sure they are not original ones they work very well. the traces you need to add and cut are as follows:
you need to cut the trace marked with the red X
and after cutting that trace you need to solder both si9241a as follows with the jumper wires:
after doing these mods you should have perfect functionality with cars and trucks.
after having these mods done for about 6 months now i have not yet encountered any problem with any truck and any car.
cars that i have tested for now and trucks with these with no problems:
corolla 1999 all systems okay
peugeot 3008 2011 all systems okay
laguna 2 all systems okay
bmw e36 1997 all systems okay
qashqai 2016, and 2021 all systems okay
chevrolet cruze ls 2011 all systems okay
punto 2010 all systems okay
renault trafic 2001 all systems okay
e46 2002 all systems okay
fiat doblo 2011 all systems okay
opel vectra b 2001 all systems okay
Huyndai getz 2002 all systems okay
vw tiguan 2011 all systems okay
vw polo 1998 all systems okay
vw golf mk4 all systems okay
renault megane 2015 all systems okay
megane 2017 all systems okay
audi a4 1998 all systems okay
and many more old and new cars which i cant remember..
mercedes actros 2013 all systems okay
man tga all systems okay
some buses too which i cant remember
also for good measure you need to verify every single replay on the board for correct voltage and resistance..many guides here on mhh and elsewhere
also it is wise to replace all parts with original ones ordered from mouser..there is a video on youtube that shows every single part name and number from a colleague of ours who is member on the forum here yoyodiagnostics..leave him a like in the video and consider subscribing since he has been a big help to everybody and maybe check out some of his other videos which are very informative link is in text file .
on my vci i have replaced almost every single part expect the stm processor which is very hard to solder, and the maxeeup+ relay drivers which i did not have enough money to buy at that time and the very small transistors which are generally good from china.
Hope this guide helps you sort out your problems and make your autocom vci even better. THIS IS NOT A GUIDE FOR THE FAINT HEARTED, if you are not good at soldering i suggest you buy the parts and leave it to a professional to solder them. i dont take any responsibility if you damage or burn your vci.
If this helped you please leave thanks and rep.
even the original autocom doesnt work on every single car it has listed so dont expect miracles lol.
link for where i bought my good si9241a will be in text file i posted. buy them fast before they are gone or seller starts selling fake ones.
