Hi All

i have to replace the ECU from a VW Crafter ECU is DCM6.2v 04L907445P. the donor and orig ecu have same part number 04L907445P but inside different sofware version one is 04L906056SK and the Donor 04L906056SH.

i tried odis online but i got a message at the beginning FAZ2946E the process is done but i think the immo is not transfered correctly because after 10 min of odis sync it say is done but car not start with fault p15700.

not sure is it because different software or because of the message FAZ2946E.

flashing using odis s i think but not tested now  to change to the same flash version as original due to immobilizer. or is it possible?


i have foxflash and read the ecu in vr obd mode on bench . can safe write the orig flash to the donor ecu using vr obd in bench?


any suggestion how can i do the job?

Hi. 
Does someone no 2007 2.5l vw crafter post injection timing?
My customers car dont get pass 2500rpm when acceleratin fast.
Right There when it stalls out you can see post injection timing - 35degrees.
Is it anywhere normal. Or has someone done something with it when dpf Off. 
Now There is dpf installed and shuold be orginal shoftware but when you accerelate it stalls out.

Diagzone hasn't had updates for a very long time and Xdiag Pro3 has been working poorly lately too.

I want to dump my flash using Kess v2 but its locked by the tuner. I have a good stage 1 map that raise to 192HP and I want to dump it and edit it looking to find the proper set of bytes for ACC.

So question guys for who has a good experience.
Do I need to remove my ECU and connected at the bench to dump the flash and edit it?
Or probably its faster and easy to find a good damos file edit it and uploaded with keess?

Of course I will need to find a damos unlocked or am I not correct?

I dont have any concern to pay for the file.

Car is very Lazy\laggy on Takeoff, i've try improve torque request on driver's wish maps, but as consequence it causes P061A torque monitoring code.

Can someone make car takeoff faster without monitoring code DTC? Thanks

Hey everyone, I’ve got a Citroen Relay 2017 with a BCM fault that kept blowing the central locking fuse. We checked everything and found out the fuse box and BCM were faulty. I bought a replacement with the same part number,car it’s okay everything works fuse not blowing anymore car crank but not start,but it needs to be cloned or programmed.


I’ve got a Launch diagnostic tool and paid 68$ for the immobilizer software, but I couldn’t clone the BCM couldn’t detect the software or communicate keep saying press double switch when wanted to communicate so I have had enough,I sent it to someone else, but they couldn’t do it either because they said it has a protector linked to the original car. He even used a smoke machine that supposedly does everything, but no luck.

I then took out the ECU to disable the immobilizer, hoping that would work since the car wouldn’t start with the new ECU. The first guy had it for five days and then told me he needed more time and effort, asking for £200. I decided to send it to someone else who charged £150, but after two days, he told me it’s actually Fiat ECU software and wanted another £80. I refused and asked for it back.

Now I’m stuck and not sure what to do. I’ve seen videos showing that you can just buy a €50 emulator, connect it, and solder three wires, which seems straightforward. I’m confused why no one can do it.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to program it using Launch? I’ve got the app and immobilizer software. Any help or advice would be appreciated!
